Flower glade snack

Ingredients

Baked young beets 1 PC.
Young baked carrots 1 PC.
Fresh radish 3 pcs.
Light salted salmon 50 gr.
Spinach leaves
Lettuce leaves
Lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Lemon zest 1 tsp
Salt

Cooking method

  • Peel and cut all vegetables into circles.
  • Put lettuce leaves on a dish, then spinach leaves. Then we spread the beets in circles. Next, we alternate circles of radish and carrots - imitating pansy flowers. We decorate the middle of the flower with a thinly rolled salmon roll, lemon zest. From the middle, spread thin slices of radish zest and radish pulp on the carrot and radish circles. Decorate the middle of the dish with a salmon rose, painted over with beetroot juice. In the center of the rose are lemon zest and radish zest.
  • Mix separately lemon juice, olive oil and fine salt. Spray our appetizer from a spray bottle.
  • Serve and treat.

Note

Simple, tasty, worthy.

Well you are my good one, I noticed. Initially, I was striving for this, pansies in the background and the drawing of the same flowers are on the platter, but I did not achieve a real similarity. Moreover, I wanted to plant a rose, so a clearing came out. The working title of the recipe is "Herring in flowers".

I also did not look at the photo, I saw the similarity. And then I paid attention when I looked in more detail. But the comment was written. Do not Cry the blues. Is very similar.
