Salmon and grapefruit appetizer with vegetables Fresh rose

Ingredients

Light salted salmon 50 g
Boiled egg 1 PC.
Ripe avocado 1/2 pcs.
Grapefruit ripe juicy red 1/2 pcs.
Fresh pear 1/2 pcs.
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Spinach leaves young
Basil leaves young
Beetroot juice for rose coloring

Cooking method

  • Lay out in a salad bowl:
  • boiled egg - pre-crumble into cubes,
  • avocado - pre-cut into cubes, salt and water with 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • the pulp of a ripe red grapefruit - pre-peel of all films and crumble into cubes,
  • ripe sweet pear - pre-crumble and pour over 1 tsp. lemon juice.
  • Put the salmon in the form of a rose on the top of the salad bowl, pour 1 tsp. lemon juice, drizzle olive oil. Paint over the edges with beet juice.
  • Salad does not require dressing - grapefruit juice will give the necessary harmony of taste.
  • Garnish the salad with spinach and basil leaves, grapefruit pulp and a slice of lemon.
