Fresh eggs 2 pcs.
Sugar 10 grams / 1 tbsp. l.
Fresh milk 200 ml.
Wheat flour 180-200 grams
Light beer 200 ml.
Vegetable oil 40 ml.
Vegetable oil for frying, brush on the pan
Salmon, salted salmon one piece per serving
Sour cream 1 tbsp. l. per serving
Fresh leaf salad portioned

Cooking method

  • Mix and whisk eggs, sugar and milk in a bowl.
  • Add sifted wheat flour, whisk to stir.
  • Add beer, vegetable oil, stir with a whisk until the pancake dough is smooth. The dough immediately turned out to be of high-quality consistency for thin pancakes. I did not add salt, there was enough of it in the beer, the taste of the finished pancakes was normal. But you can bake the first pancake and evaluate the salinity and then adjust the taste for salt.
