Ingredients

Biscuits 9 pcs
Fruit puree * 300 g
Gelatin 15 g
Boiled water (cold) 100 ml
Milk 4 tbsp. l.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
White chocolate 70 g
Orange zest, coconut, mint

Cooking method

  • Soak gelatin in cold boiled water and leave to swell for 40 minutes (see the package).
  • Place the cookies in a tin covered with foil
  • Fruit and chocolate jelly with cookies
  • When the gelatin swells, pour 2 tbsp into it. l. milk, stir and put in the microwave (I put it for 30 seconds at a power of 750 W) until dissolved

  • Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in the microwave (I set it for 40 seconds at a power of 750 W), then take it out, mix it, add 2 tbsp. l. milk and put in the microwave for another 20 seconds. at a power of 750 W.

  • Then take out and mix until smooth.
  • Combine fruit puree, sugar, melted gelatin with milk and melted chocolate with milk in a bowl. Mix everything well until smooth

  • Pour a little of the resulting mass over the cookies so that they are completely covered and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to solidify
