Ingredients

Baked young beets 1 PC. average
Fresh strawberries 4-8 pcs.
Young beet leaves handful
Purple basil handful
Apple cider or grape vinegar Little
Olive oil taste

Cooking method

  • We love carpaccio very much, classic and original recipes.

  • - Wash my hard strawberries and dry them, also cut them into thinnest layers.
  • - Spread the beet slices on the young beet and basil leaves, sprinkle with apple cider vinegar.
  • - Put strawberry slices on top.
