Avocado dip with green peas and herbs

Ingredients

Ripe avocado 1/2 pcs.
Fresh cucumber 30 gr.
Young green peas 70 gr.
Basil green 10-15 leaves
Fresh mint 5 leaves
Dill greens optional
Lime juice 2-3 st. l.
Salt to taste
Cream cheese (I have Ricotta)

Cooking method

  • Boil young green peas for 2 minutes in boiling water. Drain the boiling water and immediately place in ice water or ice to keep the color bright.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a blender bowl. Drizzle with lime (lemon) juice. Beat well. Add salt to taste.
  • Beat again until the paste is so that the shell of the peas breaks.
  • Avocado dip with green peas and herbs
  • Serve with toast, crackers, or use as a side dish.

Today I cooked it for breakfast, only with Serbian cheese and without mint, with cream cheese, of course, it will be tastier, but we liked it with feta cheese too. Next time I'll do it with cream cheese.
