  • In this case, minced meat and potatoes were taken from me in approximately equal amounts by weight and the same amount, but already by the volume of green feathers of young garlic. I must note that I already had minced meat with onions, spices, because it was left from cooking dumplings. If you take the minced meat in its pure form, then add more onions.
  • Grind raw potatoes and garlic feathers in a blender, you can also use a meat grinder, but personally I like it better in a blender. Add minced meat, spices and knead well. Since I had few starting products, I mixed everything in a blender. This is to make the dishes wash less.
  • That's all ... It remains to pour oil into the pan and, spreading the tortillas of the required size with a spoon, fry them on both sides.

Tasty, I also add 2-3 eggs and 2-3 tbsp for 1 kg of potatoes. tablespoons of flour (onions 2-3 medium onions) - pancakes are then more lush. And sometimes a few more champignons can be finely chopped there.
