Potatoes 500 gr.
Rusks 100 g
Dry herbs (favorite) 1-2 tsp
Vegetable oil 50 ml.

Cooking method

  • Cut the potatoes as for fries (cubes) and hold them in cold water for a little while to wash out the starch. Boil potatoes for about five minutes in salted water, put in a colander and dry from excess water. In a volumetric bowl, mix the bread crumbs (you can make the bread yourself) with the aromatic herbs and put the potatoes there, very quickly mix the sticks with the mixture of bread crumbs and herbs so that the surface of the sticks is covered with the mixture.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees along with a baking sheet on which the potatoes will be fried. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet with butter, shake off the excess breadcrumbs first. Cook in the oven until golden brown, from time to time gently turn over the sticks. Season the ready-made potatoes with salt. Can be served as a separate dish or as a side dish.
