Sundae (Brand 3812 ice cream maker)

Ingredients

yolks 4 things
milk 270 g
sugar 120 g
vanilla sugar 10 g
corn starch 20 g
cream 33-35% 350 g

Cooking method

  • Preparing the base for ice cream - custard. I cooked for advice Vitalinki in the microwave:
  • 1. In a glass bowl, grind the yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar.
  • 2. Add starch. Rub until smooth so that there are no lumps.
  • 3. Introduce milk in two steps, stir.
  • 4. Put the bowl in the microwave (at full power) for 4-5 minutes. Take out the bowl every minute and knead the cream thoroughly.
  • We cover the cream with cling film so that it touches its surface. Cool completely.
  • Whip the cream and combine with the cooled cream.
  • Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze.

  • We transfer the finished ice cream to a storage container and put it in the freezer for one hour.
