Mannik with cherry in MS UNIT-1095
Category: Bakery
Ingredients
Semolina 1 glass
Flour 1 glass
Sugar sand 1 glass
Eggs 2 pcs
Kefir 1 glass
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Frozen cherries 300 g
Ripper 1 sachet
Cooking method

The recipe in the original is called "Sorrel Pie" in MB on the Bake x2 mode.
I did not change the recipe except for sorrel - for cherry. MS UNIT-1095.
I defrosted the cherries, drained the juice.
I just mixed the ingredients for the dough, did not insist on semolina in kefir.
Pour half of the dough into a greased bowl, put the cherries out, add the rest of the dough. I closed the lid, put the steam valve on the steam outlet.
And oops, I found out that there is no programmed time in the Bake / Fry mode and how to do "Bake-twice"?
Launched the program Issue / Fry, time has passed.
After 40 minutes I checked it with a knife, the dough stuck. I didn't dare to turn it over.
Left to bake for another 20 minutes.
What can I say, the pie popped out of the bowl at once!
The bottom and sides of the pie were burnt, but edible.
I think the pie is baked, in the middle, where the filling is damp, but also nothing.
Nothing stuck to the bowl.

The dish is designed for 6-8 servings
Cooking time: 1 hour
Cooking program: Baking / Frying
Note
Next time I try to bake in a silicone mold and reduce the volume by a third or half, it will bake faster.
At that time I used a 200 ml glass.

When I cook a manna with frozen cherries, I don't defrost the cherries. I pour the dough into a bowl, and then put the frozen cherries out one by one and slightly melt them in the dough. during baking, the dough rises and cherries are obtained inside the manna. baked well, without dampness inside
