Ingredients

Bulgarian pepper (not very large) 15 pcs
Pepper florin (red, sweet) 400 g
For filling:
Mixed minced meat - pork and veal 50x50 1 kg
Mushrooms (I have champignons) 500 g
Pine nuts 3 tbsp. l.
Red onion 200 g
Dill 3 tbsp. l.
Ginger grated 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp. l.
Black pepper, salt taste
Olive oil 2-3 st. l.
For the sauce:
Tomatoes 400 g
Red onion 100 g
Garlic for both filling and sauce 3 tooth.
Cream 10% 200 ml
Vegetable broth 200 ml
Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method

  • Having lived in Greece for over 18 years and experienced all the "delights" of a hot climate, I very much welcome the idea and theme of the competition! These are the ideas! And, like, nothing tricky, but what is the filling in the peppers! We grow such green pepper in bulk (does not ripen to red). So, let's wait for the harvest. And the meatballs are funny - in red jackets.
