Cooking method

  • This cake is kneaded in two stages:
  • Stage 1:
  • - melt the butter and pour it into a bucket (well, on a spatula too)
  • - heat the milk (~ 30 seconds in the microwave)
  • - break the eggs, pierce the yolks
  • - sift the flour, make a hole in the center for yeast
  • - put sugar in the corners
  • - turn on the oven: "Sweet bread", "Light crust", baking weight - "750 gr"
  • We follow the mixing process, help with a spatula (there will be a lot of lumps, do not be alarmed), prepare flour and ingredients of the second stage.
  • Stage 2:
  • - we wash and soak the raisins, dry them on a towel or napkin
  • - sift flour
  • - put sugar, salt, yeast in a common heap
  • - after the stove has started a new mixing cycle, we fall asleep everything except raisins, we throw it after the signal (it starts on my cycle without giving a signal, and then after 5 minutes it gives a signal)
  • - we follow the mixing process, help with a spatula
  • The result is a rather dense bun, as if we were baking ordinary white bread. In reality, he rises well. It turns out a rather airy crumb, almost white color, very tasty. The crust is slightly darkish, very crumbly.
