Bean Guyash in Steba DD1

Ingredients

Turkey drumstick 1 PC.
Large white beans about 300-400 gr
medium carrots 1 PC.
turnip onion medium 2 pcs.
smoked paprika 1 tsp
tomato puree 140 g
salt 1 tbsp. l without top or to taste
lard 1 tbsp. l. with top
peppercorns, different
water to MAX
chipset 1/2 serving
for a chipset: 1 large chickens. egg, salt, 100 gr flour, 1 -3 tooth. garlic ..

Cooking method

  • First, cook the broth from the water and the turkey drumstick. Standard Meat mode. Then remove the drumstick, separate it from the bone and cut it not coarsely.
  • While the broth is boiling, prepare the chipset. When kneading, add chopped garlic to the dough.
  • Soak the beans overnight. Drain the water, rinse the beans again with water and add to the broth. Add peeled and chopped carrots. Cook for Vegetables 07 X 7 min (standard program).
  • Separately, heat the lard in a frying pan, lightly fry the peeled and chopped onion on it, add paprika, mix and add tomato paste right there. Fry for a couple of minutes over medium heat and remove from heat.
  • Open the cover carefully at (95 *). The boil continues there. Add roast and chopped meat with spices and a chipeta. You can put the whole portion, the soup will be thicker. Cover with a lid and you can turn off the Stebu. The cover will lock. Let stand for about 10 minutes and can be poured into plates, sprinkled with herbs if desired.

Elena, you can ordinary paprika then, and add something smoked for the smell. In general, you can do without smoked meats, but paprika should be. Hungarians add it everywhere. The main thing is, when you add to overcooking, you need to mix it very quickly and remove it from heat so that it does not taste bitter.
