Ingredients

Dry yeast 2.5 tsp
Sugar 5 tbsp. l.
Salt 1.5 tsp
Egg (medium) 4 things
Vanilla sugar 1 pack (30gr)
Raisins 100 g
Candied fruit 50 g
Flour psh. 500 gr.
Milk 100 ml
Butter 155 g
Glaze
sugar or powder 120 g
lemon juice 0.5 tbsp. l.
Egg (medium, only needs protein) 1 PC

Cooking method

  • We put in the following order:
  • - yeast
  • - sifted flour
  • - we heat the milk, dissolve the butter. Mix everything together in a bowl: milk, butter, sugar, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar and pour into a bucket.
  • - "Basic" or "Sweet bread" mode (on "basic" the crust is darker, which happened to me), "Light" crust, weight 750g (you may have a different one)
  • While the first batch is in progress, soak in boiling water over raisins - 2-3 minutes, drain and spread on a paper towel to dry, finely chop candied fruits. We periodically control the first batch - since at this stage a lot of flour smears on the walls. After the signal, add raisins and candied fruits. At the end of baking, carefully take out the bucket and let cool for 10 minutes. During this time, we prepare the glaze, if you have sugar, grind it into powder and knock down the dense glaze. We take the cake out of the bucket, put it on a stand and wave the icing. We decorate according to your taste.

I used to have Binatone BM-1068 (a bucket leaked), now Maxwell 3751. According to the mixing programs, the devices of this class are almost identical, but the operation algorithm of the heating element is apparently slightly different, in the same modes Maxwell bakes stronger and the crust is very crispy.
