Yummy!

Jiri, Irish, actually delicious and VERY simple
bukabuza
LudaWhat deliciousness I need to urgently replenish the coconut stocks and while there is no such form, I will try it in nigiri-maki.
Mila1
bukabuza, Helen, it seems to me you can go to Nigiri. they will turn out small, you just tamp them more tightly, this is important. I put it not in the refrigerator, but in the freezer, then the glaze lays down well and immediately solidifies evenly. And you can hold your nigiri sweets with two skewers directly into the glaze and dip
bukabuza
and I thought about it that you can soak the little ones directly and put them on the grill.
Mila1
bukabuza, Len, we think in the same way. It seems to me that such bounty sweets will turn out in general
Jiri

It seems to me that such bounty sweets will be obtained at all
then I'll try nigiri too. Maybe then you don't need a form for the bars?
Mila1
Jiri, Irish, you have Maki. It's bigger. But try it anyway. In the T-Bar, the filling is compacted well with a press, these are still different shapes, here I have not tried it, but you do it and tell me
lettohka ttt
What a wonderful recipe for bars, and such a form is available, thanks to Lenochka for the recipe and idea !!!!
Mila1
lettohka ttt,
bukabuza
Ludmila, and how much coconut to take 125gr or half a mug (125ml.)?
Mila1
bukabuza, Helen !!!! Thank you very much!!!! Fixed! 125 g Mechanically wrote
bukabuza
In gr. that's good, otherwise I'm standing in the market and trying to calculate how much coconut I need to take to make 125ml. It was.
Pchela maja
Interestingly, and in serving rings with a press such cookies will turn out?
there is only no bottom
bukabuza
Lyudochka, take a report, this is such a tasty treat, better than a bounty. I don't like bounty because it is dry, and these boots are so juicy and moderately sweet. I did it in nigiri-maki, only the photo was not successful from the phone, I took the child away in a moment, barely managed to click.

bukabuza, Lenochka, how smart you did it. VERY cool. And how many things did you do?
bukabuza
Luda was enough for me for two bookmarks, it turned out 10pcs. This is what I managed to grab to take a photo.
Mila1
bukabuza, Len, I think so, you need to make 2 servings at once, or even 3 With children so.And I usually did it and immediately put it in the freezer, and then took out 2 pieces
I am very glad that you liked it. What I like best is that it can be done in minutes.
bukabuza
I also put it in the freezer while melting the chocolate. I'll buy a t-bar and make big ones, otherwise I had to pick it up with a knife in the nigiri, otherwise they didn't want to get out.
Mila1
bukabuza, all the same turned out beautiful! No, Len, I put them in the freezer FOR STORAGE And so they could have eaten them instantly

Lenochka, already ordered ?!

Lyudochka, and where did you buy your molds for bars?
bukabuza
Inna, ordered, now I'll wait for Larissa to send.

Lyudochka, where did you buy your bar molds?
Innochka, I have had them for several years now, I myself am a consultant, so I take everything interesting
susika
I would also have made bars, but there are no cereals at home .. and I can’t leave yet ..
I also love bounty. I have done something for a long time, and have already forgotten about such a tasty treat.
Mila1
susika, Larissa And most importantly, this is the simplest recipe of all I know
susika
Yes. Lyuda ... you need to write it down in a notebook. and then so many goodies, but as you want something, it does not come to mind. I like recipes like these - where there are few ingredients.

I made coconut bars, a double portion, it turned out 4 bars in the t-bar, and 10 in poppy seeds and nigira, though I had to tinker with the little ones :-) for some reason they didn't want to fall out :-) girls, but do you need to lubricate the forms with something ?? In general, the recipe is easy and hopefully delicious, I sent it to the freezer :-) Thanks Lyudochka for the recipe, and. what they recalled!
susika
When we make rice in sushi forms, we grease it with a silicone brush and lightly grow with oil. there is also a specially uneven surface, the rice leaves the oil well .. but coconut flakes with condensed milk ..
Mila1
lettohka ttt, Natasha, Maki-Nigiri are not intended for bars (although no one forbids us to use them as we please), so there were difficulties with extraction. They can be extracted from the T-Bar quite easily. I don’t lubricate the forms. I hope you enjoy the result of your work
lettohka ttt
Lyudochka, since there are only 4 pieces of a bar in the form, decided to try it in poppy seeds, those that are five pieces and they are small, but then I moistened it with water and everything worked out :-) :-) I made them and hid them in the freezer, they will not survive :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

I did it today in a candy mold. Pictured in comparison with nigiri-maki bars. A universal recipe can be made in any form.

Yeah, so I cross out the T-bar ...

Lenochka, and what kind of molds you have so interesting ?!

I have only Teskomovskie for sweets ...
Mila1
bukabuza, Helen. great. I will tell you how it is more convenient to do it in the form for sweets. do you have a silicone mold? Then you melt the chocolate, grease the inside of the mold with chocolate (I usually do this with a narrow Tupper spatula, but you can even do it with a teaspoon), put the mold in the freezer for 5 minutes, then put the coconut mass there, tamp it well with a spoon, grease it well with chocolate again. And in the freezer for 20 minutes. Then it comes out of silicone well. There are no problems with sweets. And the chocolate is so smooth and crunchy. Try it. I just wanted bars
In a form for sweets, chocolate will look like this, presentable But this is a photo of other sweets

Inna, I have a Chibovskaya form for chocolate.
Homemade Coconut Bars (T-Bar Tupperware)
T-bar is good for making muesli bars.

Mila1, Lyudochka, thanks for the advice, next time I first grease it with chocolate, and then put the coconut.
Wild cat
Ludmila, and in the main photo, what are the three things made of?
They don't look like coconut at all.
Oatmeal nuts?
Mila1
Wild cat, I gave a link in the first message

Honey, this is a thousand times tastier than the bounty. Made in the form of nigiri. They flew out with a bang, a little greased with oil. The size is the best for us. I hid it in the refrigerator, but the small one has already found the prey. I made three norms, but I think they will not stay with us.
And not in the subject. Girls, if anyone needs this form, we have it on sale. I can forward. Very handy mold

The truth is, I didn't think of how to pour chocolate so that it was beautiful and a lot
bukabuza
Tatyanawhat good sweets you made
I just dip it in a bowl of chocolate and send it to the wire rack to dry.
I also liked it with white chocolate and almonds inside, it turns out very tasty.
TatianaSa
Flax, they stick to my grate and chocolate drips off of it ... a lot of chocolate drips, I pierced with a toothpick and dipped it in chocolate. I stuck it in the boiled pot from the thermomix, there are just small holes, but the toothpick did not want to stick to the sweets and they fell and stuck to the varom.
Thanks for the nut tip. Just a lot of hazelnuts left from the summer. It grows in our garden.
bukabuza
Tanya, I dip each half in turn, first on one side and then on the grate, a little dry until you dip everything and on the other you can start. I usually also make 3 to 5 portions at once, then I put the extra ones in the container and in the freezer, otherwise they will eat everything right away.
TatianaSa
Lena, but how to keep them in order to omit? What are you sticking into them?
bukabuza
I hold Chinese chopsticks.
TatianaSa
Thanks, I'll try it with chopsticks.
Mila1
TatianaSa, Tanechka, for some reason I did not receive notifications for my recipes. And you did something like that. Very beautiful BAUNTY turned out.! Yes, so much. I'm glad you liked it. Prepare for health and joy of loved ones
bukabuza, Helen, thanks for the help
