Filled potato rolls with mushroom sauce

Ingredients

Potatoes 1 kg
Any chicken meat (from my thighs) about 400 gr
Marinade for meat:
Adyghe salt (or a mixture of salt and favorite herbs) 1 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce 1 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Freshly ground peppers or your favorite pepper mix taste
Baking soda 0.3 tsp
Balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
For filling:
Fried sauerkraut (stewed without juice) about 150 gr
For mushroom sauce:
Butter 20-30 gr
Olive oil 2-3 st. l.
Flour 1 tbsp. l. with a slide
Chicken bouillon 300 ml
Milk 300-400 ml
Ground dried mushrooms 1 tbsp. l. with a slide
Ground nutmeg on the tip of a knife
Spices and salt to taste
For potato dough:
Egg 1 PC
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
Adyghe salt 1 tbsp. l.
Flour depending on the quality of potatoes I have 10 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Filling No. 1:
  • Cut the chicken into strips. Prepare a mixture of butter, soy sauce, Adyghe salt and spices. Add soda. Mix the meat with the marinade. Finally, drizzle with balsamic vinegar.   • Marinate the meat for 30 minutes.
