Streisel and jam pie

Ingredients

flour 300 g
chopped nuts (I took almonds) 2 tbsp. l.
biscuit crumbs or bread crumbs 3 tbsp. l.
grated lemon zest 1 lemon
salt 0.25 tsp
sugar 2-3 st. l.
baking powder 1 tsp
butter or margarine 200 g
For filling:
jam or thick jam 1 glass
icing sugar for dusting

Cooking method

  • To be honest ... I don't remember where I got the recipe! But in some way not known to me, he ended up with me !!! For a long time he waited in the wings and finally ... The time has come, and here as evil quite by accident I ended up with (absolutely no-man's!) orange jam in the fridge. Streisel and jam pie
  • He was just in a glass (400 gr). And so in order:
  • Sift flour (I do this in a bowl), add nuts (the author writes chopped, I just chopped them in a blender, in my opinion, that's what this shit is called), bread crumbs (the author somehow kept silent about them and I understood them by a willful decision be - 3 tbsp. l.), salt, baking powder, grated lemon zest and sugar - mix everything. Put pieces of butter or margarine (chopped with a knife) on the resulting mass and grind with a mixer with hooks until crumbs are formed - a streusel.
  • Put two thirds of the mixture in a mold (I used silicone for the tart), press lightly, apply a layer of jam, sprinkle with the rest of the mixture on top. Bake in the oven at medium temperature (~ 200 C) for 30–35 minutes. Sprinkle the cooled cake with icing sugar.
  • For me it is better to use it cooled down!

Note

It is done quickly, without problems. It tastes ... edible. Although the taste and color are different for everyone!
Bake with pleasure! Do not remember it dashingly!
