Ingredients

Beef (veal) 500 g
Bulgur 2 cartoon Art.
Water (Broth) 2 cartoon Art.
Onion 2 pcs
Bell pepper 1 PC
Big carrot 1 PC
Tomatoes in their own juice 200 g
Garlic 1 head
Spices: cumin, turmeric, barberry taste

Cooking method

  • So, who is not yet familiar with such an excellently healthy cereal as bulgur - welcome! We bring to your attention a delicious, moderately crumbly, and most importantly healthy and low-calorie recipe for "pilaf"!
  • Process:
  • Prepare all the products: peel the vegetables, finely chop the onion, coarsely grate the carrots, cut the pepper into medium cubes.
  • Chop the tomatoes in their own juice, but not to the state of tomato paste.
  • Cut the meat into cubes.
  • Put the multicooker in the "Fry" mode.
  • After the sound signal is given, put the meat to fry until it is browned - 5 minutes. Remove the meat from the bowl.
  • Put chopped vegetables in the juice remaining from the meat: onions, carrots and bell peppers. Pass them for 2 minutes and add the tomatoes in their own juice. Simmer for another 3 minutes.
  • Add bulgur to vegetables. Do not rinse the groats! Fry vegetables with bulgur for another 2 minutes.
  • Season the dish with spices, salt and pepper.
  • Put the meat, cover with cold water (or broth), stir. Put the onion head, peeled only from the coarsest husk, in the center and close with a lid.
  • Cook on the "Porridge" mode, pressure 0.7 bar, 20 minutes! After the signal to finish, let the pressure release yourself and enjoy the crumbly and tasty pilaf!
  • Bon appetit and slim figure!

Note

This is my first recipe here on this site! After buying Stebik, I was just "grazing" here. And then I decided that it was time for me to replenish this wonderful recipe box!
Recently, I switched to PP (proper nutrition for those who do not know!), And so - this recipe amazingly fits into these principles and is great for lunch! If anyone else suddenly needs it, I can write a calculation of the KBZHU. Thank you for your attention and I hope if you cook according to this recipe you will be as tasty as me!
