Baguette


Ingredients

Wheat flour350 g
Water (moderately hot)150 g
Milk (moderately hot)100 ml
Salt1.5 tsp.
Sugar1 tbsp. l.
Butter30 g
Dry. yeast1 tsp
Fresh herbs (optional)

Cooking method


  • Mix water with milk and melt the butter there. Lay the ingredients according to the instructions of your cotton. Add yeast dough to the program. Allow the dough to distance 3 hours, during which time knead it a couple of times. Take out the dough and divide it into 2 or 3 parts (only the size of the baguettes depends on this). Knead each part with your hands into a rectangle. The resulting straight-to fold in 3 times, do this procedure 2 times. Form a baguette by rolling it out a little. You can roll a baguette in seeds (which will be), I do in sesame and a mixture of seeds. Put on a baking sheet with the seam down, make several oblique cuts. Let rise for 20 minutes. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. at temp. 200 degrees.
