Muesli Homemade

Ingredients

Oatmeal (boil 20-15 minutes) 300g.
Raisins (can be a mixture of dried fruits, to taste) 250g.
Almonds (or a mixture of any nuts) 200g.
Seeds (sunflower / pumpkin / flaxseed) 100g.
Sesame 80g.
Sugar (preferably cane) 50g.
Liquid honey 5-6st. l.
Coarse sea salt 1h l.
Cinnamon powder 1-2 tsp
Ginger piston 1h l.
Vegetable oil 2st. l.
Butter for greasing a baking sheet 1 st. l.

Cooking method

  • I offer you a delicious breakfast, and not only :)))!
  • You can just crunch with such a tasty treat instead of seeds.
  • It's very simple, it's much more difficult to put all the components together :))).
  • It is better to take oatmeal, the one that is cooked for a long time.
  • So:
  • Mix oatmeal, nuts, seeds, sugar, salt, sesame seeds, spices, add honey, vegetable oil and mix everything thoroughly.
  • Then add raisins / dried fruits. Mix everything well again.
  • Grease baking paper with butter and lay out our mixture, evenly distributing it.
  • We bake at 150 * convection, 30-40 minutes.
  • During baking, make sure that it does not burn, and stir frequently.
