Ingredients

Meat (brisket) 350 BC
Carrot 2 pcs.
Onion 2 pcs.
Potato 3 pcs.
Green radish "margelanskaya" 1 PC.
Spice:
Red pepper flakes, savory, temyan, dill, parsley 25 gr.
Salt 25-30 gr.
Dumpling dough:
Pea flour 300 gr.
Eggs 3 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Before cooking, rinse the brisket, cut into small pieces and put it in a cauldron (a saucepan with a thick bottom), pour in 2 liters of water, As soon as the broth boils, remove the foam and continue cooking over low heat. We remove the emerging foam during the cooking process.
  • While the broth is boiling, we will prepare our dumplings from pea flour (flour can be prepared using peas on a coffee grinder). Take flour, add eggs and knead the dough. We form the dumplings in the form of peas by rolling them between the palms or by rolling the sausage by 5 centimeters and cut it with a knife. We set aside the cooked dumplings to rest.
  • In the finished broth, alternately add, chopped onion into half rings, chopped radish into cubes and chopped carrots into half rings. Boil the radish until soft, add potatoes, cut into small wedges. When the potatoes are boiled, put the dumplings in the soup (you need to stir so that the dumplings do not stick together and do not stick to the bottom until they float) Cook for 7-10 minutes. Remove from heat. Give Infuse.
  • When serving, add chopped green onions to a plate.
