good afternoon, I want to buy such a slow cooker, I don't know who else to ask for advice, maybe there is some similar one, but better? Or still take this?

I would like to share my impressions of this multicooker. She's just wonderful! I have a Panasonic 5L multicooker, old, it is good, but it cooks sooo slowly, so I thought about buying a more modern multicooker-pressure cooker. After reading many different reviews, I stopped at Moulinex, there were a lot of positive reviews about this model. And I didn’t regret buying, Moulinex justified all my wishes! Fast and tasty cooking! For example, I stewed meat on Panasonic for 2.5-3 hours, and with this multi model in 40 minutes, the meat turns out to be soft, tender. Previously, I did not like oatmeal porridge, I cooked it only for children, now I love it! Milk porridge is cooked in 10 minutes.

Hello, Olya, as a result you bought this multicooker, or some other. If so, how do you like it?
olga74600
Yes, I bought this particular multicooker. The impression from her is excellent. As soon as you unpack, there is a terrible smell of chemistry from the O-ring. But I washed it overnight and left it by the open window and the smell went away. I bought it for my sister, but I experienced it because my sister lives far away and will come in September, now it's time to make this cartoon but I don't want to. For comparison, I will say that I have a Phillips 2178, so you definitely don't need to buy it. And somehow I thought that it was good, but after the mulinex ..... This slow cooker cooks very well, the biscuit is excellent, for example, in 40 minutes, and it turns out yellow and paaahnets inexpressibly, while my Phillips bakes for an hour, it comes out brown and has a strange smell, it feels like some eggs already spoil there during this time. I made curd pudding here, it's just great. And what can I say about fried potatoes !!!! mmmm, it's a pleasure - you cut it, lay it down, close the lid, and after 20 minutes you get a great fried potato. The saucepan is very good, nothing burns, it washes well, it does not scratch. In a word, this slow cooker is just super, maybe my review looks more like an advertisement, but I really fell in love with this slow cooker. I recommend it and not just but strongly. I hope my review is useful, if you have any questions, please answer everything.

, Ol, very helpful! How's she doing with the milk porridge? My eldest daughter will go to first grade, and milk porridge "without running away" in the morning is very relevant for me! Honestly, I've been scouring the site for a long time, looking for the best price-functionality-quality ratio. And today I saw this cartoon on the Eldorado website for 4500r.
olga74600
Honestly, I haven't tried milk porridge, but the girl said she cooks in 10 minutes, great. I think that it will be without problems. There is also jellied meat for 1 hour. I still made canned fish in an hour and a half, all the bones were crushed, the yummy food was unreasonable

Hurray-hurray-hurray !!! Finally, and I decided yesterday we bought this cartoon! Olya, can you tell us more about canned fish?

olga74600
Quote: Lenchic-atas
but about canned fish in more detail you can
can be very much even possible !!! I congratulate you on a very successful purchase. Take any fish you like, we have crucians, because dad catches. Cut in portions, wash with salt, I fry a little in a frying pan well, just a little bit, but you don't have to fry it. Then pour a little sunflower oil into the cartoon, and lay it out in layers - onion in half rings, carrots, fish, and so on until the fish runs out. a little pepper, not ground black, allspice, then if you want canned food in tomato, add tomato, if not, then close the lid, choose the stewing mode, I really chose meat for an hour and a half, and voila - your delicious dish is ready, lick your fingers. Maybe for an hour, but I tried for an hour and a half. I know for sure it will be jelly in an hour, but I'm not sure here
Lenchic-atas
In general, the first flight is normal! The first course was stewed potatoes with pork! I lightly fried the onions and carrots in the frying mode, threw the pieces of pork into the same place, also fried them slightly, added salt, spices, potatoes and put the type of meat on the stewing mode, and reduced the time to 15 minutes. The cartoon took 4 minutes to gain pressure, then the countdown started, in general I did not have time to wash the dishes - the timer rang)) There was a strange feeling - that somehow everything was too fast)) But, I blew off the steam and opened the lid (I was afraid that the potatoes would still be raw ) ... the potato pieces remained intact, but the consistency is like cream, melts in the mouth, the meat is tender .. In general, I'm in a good light shock)))
Lenchic-atas
Water was poured with boiling water from a kettle, I read on the forum so that the pressure would build up faster) And I realized that it was quite possible to set it for 10 minutes, and not 15) Tomorrow I will try porridge))))

and this is just the most presamo beginning !!!!!!! Try this, you finally freak out, only the default time is 40 minutes, and not like an hour in the recipe 🔗

Tell me, does milk porridge run away in it?
I cooked oatmeal and millet porridge in milk, no, they don't run away, 10 minutes and the delicious porridge is ready! I cook oatmeal porridge 1: 2,
for 1 measuring cup of rolled oats 2 cups of milk + 1 tbsp. l. sugar and a little salt. It turns out a thick porridge, mine do not like liquid porridge. And I cooked the millet like this, I washed the millet well, the proportions took 1 part of millet, 1 part of water, 2 parts of milk, sugar, salt. 10 minutes. The porridge turned out to be thick, I had to add more milk after cooking, but it's still tasty.

put the stewing on the mode, chose the type of product meat, and reduced the time to 15 minutes.
I also stewed pork ribs with potatoes for the first time. Now I'm doing a little differently. Today I cooked beef ribs with potatoes. I "fry" fried carrots, onions, ribs. I added some water, set the "stewing" -meat (since it is beef, time 40 min) And only then added coarsely chopped potatoes, salt, pepper, and now set the "stew" -vegetables (15 min). The time for vegetables could be reduced, the potatoes were very boiled. After Panasonic, I'll never get used to the fact that Moulinex cooks so quickly!
Today I was still baking a pie with fresh currants, baked in 40 minutes, and usually it took 60 minutes.
Lenchic-atas
Flight number two, delayed rice milk porridge! 1 multi glass of flour three multi glasses of milk and one water! I loaded everything into the cartoon and went to work. The husband opened it, they ate the porridge together with the children, they say everyone liked it!
Lenchic-atas
Cooking chicken ventricles! This is not a cartoon !!! This is a time machine!)) For half an hour, sooooo soft !!! Now I put the jelly! I can't believe that the legs will cook in an hour and a half ...
Lenchic-atas
In general, the conclusion - a saucepan "weigh" !!!! I disassembled the jellied meat, the bones lag behind the meat themselves, moreover, I bit the bone, but it is soft! the main thing now is that this saucepan should work longer! And saving electricity on the face! Instead of 4-5 hours of cooking on the stove, only one and a half !!
olga74600

And saving electricity on the face
you try the jellied meat and in an hour it will be what you need !!! extra half an hour of saving ...

Good afternoon, girls! Tell a newbie. I bought a multicooker Moulinex 501132. The instructions indicate the modes of the lid: open (this is understandable), unlocked closed, closed and locked for different cooking modes. Today I cooked for the "multishef" function according to the recipe it was written: "the lid is closed, not locked." I closed as usual and heard the locking clicks. Does the cartoon install the block by itself, or should I close the lid in some way? If I - then how to do it?
Thanks in advance for your answers. If you cannot ask a similar question here, please redirect.

The cartoon itself sets the block
it will set itself to block or not, in almost all cases it will block, you need to close it the same way, as written in the instructions
MarinaK
An interesting model. It is impressive that you can change the time to the nearest minute and the case is metal. Baking, for example, in the Unit pressure cooker does not turn out as we would like, in a simple cartoon it is better, which means that the baking is excellent here? Can you tell us more about baking?

I already wrote about the biscuit, in my Phillips, it bakes for an hour and it comes out brown and it seemed to me normal before, but .... and here it is only forty minutes and it is yellow, tall, lush, beautiful, and it smells !!!!! As in childhood. Another favorite pastry - curd pudding - forty minutes, and tender, fluffy, airy, mmmm what can I say, you need to try. And also charlottes are all different in forty minutes ...

Hello, I am still a beginner too, but I think that the lid is closed and not blocked if you put it on a saucepan, but do not turn it, if you turn it, there is a button on the lid, so it is pressed and blocks the steam outlet, that is, pressure starts to build up. If you do not turn, steam comes out through the hole, the lid is closed, but the pressure will not build up. I think something like this ...
zlatyunya
I love zrazy with cheese very much. Any minced meat that is in the house, onions, any cheese, herbs, salt, pepper. Chop the onion in a blender, salt and pepper the minced meat. Cut the cheese into slices, chop the greens. Form patties by adding cheese inside.Roll in greenery and place in a container. Baking mode. I grease the thicket with oil a little. I put it down and on the container with a double boiler. It turns out in 2 floors. Try it. This is delicious
Lenchic-atas
A small amendment, in general I drove home, and began to check the correctness of my version, the meaning is correct, but the button on the lid is pressed when the lid is simply covered on the saucepan, and a lever comes out in the hole on the lid, which prevents the valve from blocking, respectively, steam comes out and pressure is not built up. This is the buried position, but not blocked.
zlatyunya
Lenchicatas, I tried to close the multi-chef function, but not turn. I was scared that she would rip off the lid. Stopped the program. Closed as expected. Therefore, the question arose.
Thank you for participating)))

By the way, how did the jellied meat turn out?
Is it worth trying?

Of course it's worth it, the meat was moving away from the bones, moreover, if it had been cooked there for another half hour, it would have turned into canned food, the small bones had become generally soft, such a good jelly turned out!

Lenchic-atas, Tell me please. I read about the steam release button, I press it, but the steam does not come out ... in general ... it is necessary to lift the valve ... the steam is flowing in a stream .... if the button is also a stream? maybe something doesn't work for me?

There, too, everything is very simple, press the button - the nozzle on the valve rises with a lever, the more the nozzle rises, the stronger the jet, in short, the solid mechanics. Remove the nozzle from the valve and press the button, you will understand everything))

With a fight, I won back a new working cover. There was no service. They say it is necessary to check ... and what I should have checked is not clear ... I know how this kapan works ... I checked the thicket and the cartoon for scratches, chips and that's all ... so you still need to check the reset button. Maybe I can help someone with my message when buying ...

Lenchic-atas, thanks) well, yes .. the valve was not pressed and the valve did not rise so that the steam came out ... I had to allow it loudly, which is not very typical for me ... and then it broke ... the mood was disgusting ((I swore to buy at Eldorado, but got a discount and reviews about this model ... and now in contact and on other forums I read a bit of negativity ... like this ... without starting to cook, I was disappointed in this unit ... but at least the steam is now letting down ... the case is very hot and a lid .. and this in 10 minutes in pressure cooker mode ... but what will happen when the jellied meat is cooked 1.5? while I have only questions ...I can't figure it out ... the lid is open ... closed ... zak dug with a lock ... how is it? openly understandable ... with blocking too ... but just closed ... how is it? how to cook porridge ... sooo I want to cook milk porridge ... maybe I'll get a handle on and figure it out .. BUT ... while I'm upset

I think you were upset early))) I cooked rice porridge - 1 multi-glass of rice + 1 mule of water + 3 mules of milk
+ salt, sugar to taste, a little butter, I also put milk porridge on the mode. Everything is good!!! The body and the lid get a little hot, but do not burn. I cooked jellied meat - 1.5 hours in total, cooked very well! Nothing burnt, the bones fall behind very easily, moreover, they are so boiled down that they bit through!

Hmm .... The correct cereal / liquid ratio will save you from unnecessary peeping! The whole point is that he poured, poured, poured salt, poked the button - left, came - ready! But if you really want without pressure, just do not turn the lid and put it in the grooves.
Lenchic-atas
Something I here so zealously defend the mulka, but I really liked it ... Although my copy initially fiddled ... It seems like the smell goes away))

how to make the lid closed, but not locked ...: oops: tell me, please ... I understand that this will be a multi mode ... very good
