The most delicious waffles

Ingredients

Flour 250 g
Powdered sugar 50 g
Baking powder 20 g
Draining. oil 80 g
Salt 4 g
Eggs 4 things
Milk 350 ml
Rum 2 tbsp. l
Vanilla taste

Cooking method

  • This recipe is our favorite! Husband eats both cheeks! Although not a fan of sweets and pastries in general.
  • Now every Sunday morning we start with these waffles.
  • Everything is done very simply.
  • Sift flour with baking powder and vanilla.
  • Separate the whites from the yolks.
  • Add salt and sugar to the flour. powder (I sometimes substitute brown or regular white sand).
  • Stir with a spoon. Add melted sl. butter, milk and yolks.
  • Mix everything quickly, without fanaticism.
  • Beat the protein until peaks. Add to the mass. Let stand for 5-10 minutes. We bake.
  • Bon Appetit!

I slightly changed the recipe for myself - I added sugar and did not divide the eggs into yolk proteins, beat everything together until foamy. And, well, she laid 3 large eggs, instead of 4. I really liked the dough - airy, bubbling, some kind of lively. I got a lot of them - about 20 full-fledged square wafers. But I think they will leave quickly.
