Note

Soy milk very similar in its nutritional properties to cow's milk, but it is of plant origin, and therefore its consumption is actively promoted by vegetarians. Soy milk contains a large amount of calcium and iron salts. It is also rich in protein, which, as everyone knows, is the main element required for human growth. In addition to vegetarians, soy milk can be consumed by people who suffer from lactose intolerance, which is found in cow's milk.

By analogy with cow's milk, soy milk can be used in the manufacture of confectionery products, soups, cereals, mayonnaise, and so on. At the same time, soy milk shows one of its interesting qualities - after cooking, it does not lose its beneficial properties at all.

Soy milk is easy to digest and has a low calorie content - ideal for dieters. It will also be useful for those who suffer from heart ailments. Soy milk contains lipids, which are lipids, which are unsaturated fatty acids, most of which are essential acids for the body. They protect cell membranes and strengthen blood vessels.

Despite all of the above useful properties of soy milk, doctors do not recommend replacing cow's milk with it completely, especially in the diet of children. The fact is that it contains little methionine, which is very important for the child's body. (From the Internet)

The idea for this bread is taken from julia-marabu with LJ. I only changed the kneading method.
The result is a finely porous, dense bread. Pretty tasty. Good for lunch and sandwiches.

ang-kay, Angela, you have a wonderful beautiful bread!
And this is delicious bread! Hell is similar in composition. It also stays soft for several days after baking, thanks to soy milk.
Albina
It's a pity I have no soy cow or soy milk. But still very wonderful bread

Lyudochka was our Annushka doing it in a cow, and Angela was preparing soy milk without a cow! Which is why I liked the recipe, since I don't have it either.

I’m not attentive! read it, and then forgot. It's just that this cow pops up in my head, like I hear about soy milk.
Angela, tell me, please, where is the soybeans bought? I had even forgotten how the market stores look. I never wear them. You tell me, and I'll give my husband a task to buy! Because I really want such bread and, in general, soy milk.

and where is the soybeans bought?
I buy in the market where rice, millet, etc. are sold by weight. It's cheap and plentiful. And also in all sorts of "Life Stalls" with Altai balsams, teas, etc. But there are small bags.
Nagira
Angela, I also love this healthy bread, but I only add soy milk and that's it, without seeds.
And she taught me how to make milk (without a cow!)Gaby three years ago - Tofu - bean curd... The intermediate product is soy milk, which is curdled and tofu is obtained.
But about okara, as I agree with you, I love it the most of all soy products! It tastes quite rich (unlike the same tofu) and is universal - even make meatballs, even add them to such a cake - Indochina

and where is the soybeans bought?

I, like Lena-kubanochka - On the market. In the Volga region, in the Far East and in the Kuban it is grown, therefore, it is available on sale ... Previously, Mistral produced
ang-kay
Irina, thanks for taking the time to drop by. I know how to do Tofu theoretically, but I haven’t used it in practice. And special thanks for the cake!
Soy is not a popular product for us. Not on the market. Somehow, by chance, one day I came across. I will watch. I want to make tofu.
kubanochka
Angela, I just didn't pay attention to soy before. I thought it was a reserved product. But it turned out that there is a shaft of it on the market. Where all kinds of grain are sold.
ang-kay
Lenochka,we do not have. Not grown. Once in Lugansk I bought it in the Soyushka brand store. One of the dairies was making soy products (mayonnaise, milk, tofu), and then it closed, if I'm not mistaken. But that was 10 years ago, if not more. And here I saw it once. Just where they sell compound feed, wheat and other for feed to livestock and poultry.
Rada-dms
Wonderful bread, I’ll have to try it sooner, otherwise I can’t look at the crust, I want to peel everything off with butter, with butter !!
ang-kay
Olga, rip off, peel off! I'm not sorry at all!
NataliARH

Angelica thanks for the recipe.
I made soy milk according to your recipe, but the smell of grass is present. That is how it should be?
How many days can soy milk be stored?
ang-kay
Olesya, of course it will be. It's a plant. I didn’t keep it on my debt. It will definitely stand for a week.
