Everyone!
Yesterday I baked bread, already completely without yeast, in Khn on the "French" mode, 6 hours, I found the recipe here in Temko.
It turned out delicious, but small, only 300 grams of flour.
This is how it turned out, not high at all, the bucket of Xn is large, but there is little flour ...

Ksyusha, yes, there is little flour, but what a fluffy little perforated!
Trishka
Yes, this is a recipe for only 300 grams of flour, including flour in the Zhd.

I have used such liquid yeast since winter, in a liter jar, did not hide it in the refrigerator, did not have time to deteriorate. Yesterday I poured such yeast water on indoor plants (even started to wither), so today everything came to life, the leaves straightened, the color became greener.
Who has not met the information about the correct proportion of such feeding? And generally speaking)
liusia
Very interesting. I also need to try to feed one flower a bit.

Palych, I have been watering not only indoor but also outdoor plants for several years now. Without much proportion. I breed and water garden and garden plants about 2 liters per bucket of water. Plants from this heal, are less exposed to fungal infections. This is how I cured one of the apple trees. Every year all her leaves were affected by some kind of powdery mildew and she did not bear fruit. She began to periodically water the railway and she recovered completely. It has been bearing fruit for 2 years and has not been sick.

I also grew liquid yeast (on banana peel))
So I was doubtful ... that something could happen. Without any enuzazism, I started a dough yesterday for the night. In the morning she got up early and went to look at the poor fellow. And here she is not a poor fellow, but the most excellent, airy, breathing. Joy was like a child's.
I kneaded the dough into vanilla-poppy crumbs. And so quickly the dough rose that my surprise knew no bounds. It took only 1.5 hours. She formed rusks and put them to proof. They also quickly pouted. It turned out rosy, light. Freeze. Then I'll cut it and put it to dry.
I am very glad to get acquainted with fruit yeast (previously practiced tea)
Thanks to everyone who shared information on these yeasts and told about products made from them.

Natasha, I like fruit yeast too. The pastries are awesome. There is a jar of fruit in the refrigerator. I also started with banana peels. And now there are dried apricots, which are hard and dry.
ANGELINA BLACKmore
Luda, well then, of course, yeast will grow from any fruit. I just got the skin under my arms - I regretted throwing it out, thinking that you can get yeast))
I will continue to try. I really liked it.
Marysya27
ANGELINA BLACKmore, Natasha, congratulations on another victory! Will you show me the rusks?

I tried to ask in the hop topic if apples should be added (then there was a conversation about liquid yeast there), but I was sent ... here.
I asked there because I wasn’t going to start liquid yeast for use, but only wanted to grow a tiny portion for a hop starter.
I read that you added apples and also decided to add another time.
liusia
Natasha, you can't just grow it. You will definitely want to experience and bake something. And then it drags on.

Greetings to all.
I really need help growing fruit yeast. In the topic you have presented, everything is beautifully and intelligibly stated. It is understandable even for those who are in the "armored train" in matters of baking and yeast. But in fact, for the second time, nothing comes of it. Namely:
1. The first time I put the yeast on apples and dark grapes at room temperature. On the third day, everything was clouded with some kind of black cobweb, I suspect it is mold. I put it first, using information from another source, not your recipe. But the principle is similar. In general, I corrected myself, I have already put the next batch on the battery. The composition of the jar is an apple plus fresh dark grapes with seeds. I measured the temperature in the yeast itself with an electronic thermometer +33. I didn’t go down less, no matter what I did. In general, this time, at least they were not covered with mold and bubbled cheerfully and happily. On the 4-5th day, I felt such a persistent smell of alcohol from the yeast, I thought they were hungry and decided to feed them. Added cane sugar 1 teaspoon. In general, 8 days have passed, and the content of the can does not even think to sink to the bottom. The bank is still on the battery, since I have 21 in my apartment, I think it drops a little at night. My questions are: is it normal that the content of the can is not omitted in any way? Does the alcohol smell indicate that the yeast is ready? If so, why isn't the content of the can omitted?
2. On the 8th day of fermentation, I nevertheless decided to put a dough on this yeast, just at my own peril and risk, I used a recipe for golden bread. In general, I put the dough in a warm place in a slow cooker on the "Yogurt" mode there about 30 degrees. The dough stood all night, and I fed the liquid yeast with sugar before using it. In general, nothing rose at all by a centimeter in 12 hours and, of course, sour.
3. Yesterday, after reading the comments and the forum on the topic of liquid yeast, I decided to put the dough, already on pre-poured yeast, and in a day, as recommended on the forum, and set it to 21 degrees at room temperature. And I added some oat bran, since I don't have whole grain flour. The dough stood for 9 hours, rose by 3-4 centimeters, I put it on the battery, on the same one where the liquid yeast stood before at a temperature of 33. In general, the process revived. Now the dough has risen by 5-6 centimeters. But it has been standing for 11 hours already, I'm afraid it won't rise by 2, and even more so 3 times by 4 pm. Perhaps it will peroxide again, like last time.
I would very much like to understand my mistakes, what am I doing wrong? Help me please. I have no experience with baking. I read a lot of theories on the Internet, but so far there is more fog and mess in my head and bad experience than a really clear understanding.
4. I put another jar of banana peel, kiwi, apple and coconut composition after tomorrow will be 7 days. And it should be noted that this "team" behaves somehow more adequately than the previous grape-apple one. Almost all the contents of the jar are already at the bottom. Pleasant light milky color and odor with less alcohol. Although the conditions for both cans are absolutely the same, with the only exception that I was not able to feed the banana can for 3-4 days.

Good evening ! And I connected to this yeast. I put it without any hope ... because it is cool now and the fermentation began very slowly. I took a banana and apples my own drying. Plus honey and water ... just like the recipe. I did not wait for a special boiling)), but there were gases. I decided to try it simply. She poured 100 grams and mixed with 100 grams of whole grain flour. Again ... the process went very slowly ... this "dough" stood for about a day, and then it began to bubble. Again, I want to say that such an increase of two or three times, as they write here, I did not wait). The night was approaching). I kneaded the dough according to the recipe https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...om_smf&topic=417919.0 in terms of 200 g of pre-enzyme. It turned out a little dough and it was kind of watery. Knead it in HP and I had to add a couple more spoons of flour so that it would at least gather. Kneaded, let it stand for an hour and ... sent it to the refrigerator to sleep. And what to do ... you have to sleep. And in the morning I got him to warm up and left on business. Returning to 12, I saw that it had grown. She carefully put it into a cauldron, let it stand for a while and into the oven. I baked first at 200 with steam, then baked at 170. I checked the temp with a probe. In the end ... it turned out to be a great bread! It reminded me of real unleavened country bread! It has no yeast smell and no sourness (although I think it would not hurt). Soft, baked and not dull. Delicious croutons in a toaster are obtained from it. It's soft and wrinkled ... and rises again. The loaf turned out to be small because there was little flour and there was little of everything. Here's a test. Stirred immediately more yeast such .. different. The only thing ... we don't eat white bread at all. Are they suitable for bread with a large enough amount of rye flour? Will it pull?Liquid yeast based on fruits, vegetables, herbs, tea ...Liquid yeast based on fruits, vegetables, herbs, tea ...Liquid yeast based on fruits, vegetables, herbs, tea ...Liquid yeast based on fruits, vegetables, herbs, tea ...

Tolena, Elena, great result and great reward for patience
If they showed themselves so well on wheat, then 50% of rye or c / s should pull, and I have not tried with a large amount yet
Venera007
Excellent bread, they haven't shown us anything for a long time.
The yeast is excellent, my rye bread was excellent. I haven’t tried a pure rye oven, but a mixture of rye, whole wheat and first grade flour raises well.
