We get sprouts, they can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 days.

  • All that can be germinated - we germinate - almonds, peanuts, flax, sunflower. For the lazy and busy, you can simply revive nuts and seeds, which is even healthier than sprouts! At the same time, peanuts, which are heavy for the stomach, turn into an affordable, easily digestible product. To revive the nuts and seeds, you need to rinse and soak each type in clean water and a separate container for several hours, say for 6-8 hours. At this time, the germination mechanism starts, the amount of enzymes increases, the taste becomes sweet, and the availability and assimilation of nutrients increases significantly. As soon as the sprout has hatched, the nutritional value decreases as the substances are used up for growth. By soaking nuts and seeds, we revive them. In the awakened state, in their taste and nutritional properties, they are much superior to "sleeping" ones. But the skin after germination / revitalization is better to remove.

There are no recipes for making such bread without flour from sprouted grains on the Internet and in the literature, I found a general cooking method: germinate, grind to dough, add only water, salt and yeast. This is my third attempt at baking live bread. In the first version, I added a lot of liquid and the dough spreads, I empirically set the amount of added liquid to 10%. In the second version, I used a very young and weak sourdough ... but the sourdough still contains flour, so the statement "bread without flour" will not be entirely true .... The third option that I presented almost suited me. I did not like the unusual crumb, so it is better to make cakes and flat breads. The nuts option is an explosion of flavor and energy! It is unrealistically tasty, it is impossible to tear yourself away! Therefore, I strongly recommend that you cook it with bread about 1 cm thick, reducing the baking time.

  • Why do I only use nuts? As it turned out, dried fruits interfere with the assimilation of bread. Although .... personally, I do not consider this a harmful combination, the benefits will undoubtedly be! Therefore, additives can be changed according to your taste and availability in the house.
