Ingredients

Opara (biga, pulish) 200 g
Wheat flour 500 g
Dry fast-acting yeast 0.2 g
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Banana 110 g
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Water from 100 ml
Any filling
Condensed milk 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • 48 hour dough - 50% wheat flour + 50% whole grain flour + yeast + water (200 + 200 + 3 + 400); I took half of the total, added flour, a tablespoon of condensed milk, salt, water, sprinkled with dry yeast on top and threw in finely chopped peeled banana.
  • Can be kneaded with a combine, hands.
  • I kneaded in a bread maker. In the process of kneading, add either liquid or flour as needed.
  • After kneading, leave for proofing in a warm place, or in a bread maker.
  • Then we cut the dough into small balls, stretch it into flat cakes, put any filling in the middle of each flat cake, shape the balls again.
