Cooking method

  • Grease the form with butter and set it aside.
  • Pour semolina with kefir and let it swell.
  • I made the dough in ProfiCook mkm-1074, but you can make it wherever you like
  • Put softened butter and sugar in a bowl. We put the butterfly attachment and set the c2 and grind the butter until white.
  • Without turning off the combine, put the mixer one egg at a time and beat each one. We convert the combine to 3 sk
  • Next, put the cottage cheese in portions and mix in the dough for 2 ck.
  • Add the swollen semolina. We introduce 1 st l of a dry mixture of flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar.
  • The dough turns out to be thick, not flowing.
  • Preheat the oven to 165 gr.
  • Put the dough in molds for half or a little more.
  • We bake for 40 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of the baking oven, transfer to 170 gr.
  • We check the readiness with a toothpick.
  • I baked in Nordic molds. After baking, leave the mold for 10 minutes and only then shake out the cupcakes carefully, because they are very tender and airy.
  • This measure of dough fit into two forms of Rosette and Maple Leaves.
