Ingredients

warm water 1/2 cup (faceted)
yogurt or kefir 1/2 liter
dry yeast 10 gr.
honey 2 tbsp. spoons
salt 1 tsp
for lubrication 1 protein, a pinch of sugar
knujut, poppy seeds, seeds for sprinkling optional

Cooking method

  • Dissolve yeast in water for 10 minutes.

  • Mix the yeast with room temperature yogurt and wheat flour, salt, knead with a wooden spatula for 5 minutes until smooth. the dough turns out like sour cream of medium density. Rest for 10 minutes.

  • Knead the matched dough, divide into 16 parts. Form small round buns, place on baking paper, cross-cut on top. Leave for 40-50 minutes in a warm place. The dough fits well.
