Pie with jam, nuts and soufflé

Ingredients

Milk 250 ml
Sugar 100-125 g
Vanillin taste
Salt 0.5 tsp
Butter / Margarine 50 g
Vegetable oil 50 ml
Flour 450 g
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp
Nuts 200 g
Jam 1 glass

Cooking method

  • The dough was kneaded in a bread maker. It rose - I divided it in half (another time I will make the lower part twice as thick as the upper one), covered the form, laid out the jam mixed with nuts, covered with the second part. I was almost finishing the cake to bake it - I remembered that the three egg whites remaining from the preparation of cheese were walking in the refrigerator. Made a soufflé like here, sprinkled with the remaining nuts, put in the oven for another 15 minutes.

Found the dough on the site, thanks to the author Zoya... Kneading on whey (we are now kneading everything on it! Today I cooked soup with sorrel and eggs on whey ...).
I do not write the composition of the soufflé in the ingredients, since I gave a link, but actually the soufflé:
Egg whites 3 pcs.
Sugar 3.5 tbsp. l (90 g)
Dry jelly powder blackcurrant 50 g,
mix everything and beat.
