Cooking method

  • I was looking through my recipe book and came across a cookie, the recipe was given to me by a neighbor during the perestroika years. They lived hard, but she cooked so much tasty and economical, here is one of her recipes.
  • The portion is large, which I left out and made a full bowl of cookies.
  • So, leave the margarine at room temperature to soften.
  • We mix it with sour cream.

  • Put flour and vanilla sugar, knead the dough.

  • Divide it into 5 parts, take one and roll it out thinly, put the rest of the dough in the refrigerator.
  • I rolled it out on the whole board, but across the width of the oven sheet, the dough is very pliable, it rolls perfectly.
  • Then we cut the rolled dough into two parts.
  • Each subtly !!!! grease with jam so that it does not come out of the cookies later.
  • Then sour apricot jam was sold in stores, it cost a penny. Now I also took apricot.

  • Now we wrap the dough in sausages, blind the edges.
  • We put it on a sheet, cut each sausage into many small pieces, I got 10.

  • We take the next part of the dough, roll it out, grease it, etc.
  • Bake at 180 * with blowing until the crust is light brown. Cookies swell when baking.
  • Pour icing sugar into a plate and roll hot cookies. Or you can simply sprinkle with plenty of powder.
  • I got two sheets of 5 strips, each with 10 cookies.
  • The dough is bland to taste, there is no salt or sugar in it, the sour filling gives a slight aftertaste, the powder gives all the sweetness.
  • They are eaten like seeds, we like them.
