Condensed milk 400 g

Homemade yogurt 150 ml
Sugar or powder 1h l. with a slide (for light sweetness)
Cream:
Sour cream / fat cream 300 ml
Sugar or powder, vanillin 1-2 tbsp. l. (to the desired sweetness)
Interlayer:
Orange jam / jam taste
Filler:
Marshmallow taste
prunes taste
Impregnation 2:
Orange jam / jam 4 tsp
Boiling water 200 ml
Alcohol optional 1 tbsp. l.
Decor:
White chocolate less than 100 g

  • It was a long time ago. I decided to cook a dacha cake for my dad in the DR, I thought for a long time from which cake it could be made, decided to work with the "Milk Girl". At first I dreamed, I decided to make an exact copy of our brick dacha, but everything is not so simple there, solid projections and entrances))) .... but I roughly drew all the details for the original performance, and in the process I realized that there are already a lot of two portions of dough, but it would be necessary to start 2 more ... so a village house came out)))) weight 3.5kg

  • Beat eggs lightly, add condensed milk and baking powder, add flour to knead the dough. I won't tell you the amount of flour, the dough should be dense, but not as tight as the dumplings. Roll it out 5mm thick. And we cut out the cakes according to the template. Bake at 200g until tender. You can add cocoa to a part of the dough; these details I made the roof and facades But I forgot to add baking powder to them, so the thickness is very small, but I also rolled them 3-4mm. I liked the taste of the cakes without cocoa better, but I needed dark ones to make the white chocolate look better.
  • Impregnation 1
  • Mix yogurt with sugar until light sweetness.
  • Impregnation 2
  • Boil the jam and water, add alcohol to the cooled syrup (if using). Since I was preparing a gag, and it was a long time ago, I don't remember the proportions well, in general, I need a sweet orange syrup. You can boil it from freshly squeezed orange juice.
  • Cream
  • Any favorite can be used. I had whipped cream with sugar and vanilla.
  • Interlayer
  • Orange jam or jam. Cooked or boiled from orange pulp and sugar 2 to 1 over high heat 25-30 minutes until evaporated and thickened.
  • Filler
  • Cut marshmallows (homemade or ready-made) into strips of the desired thickness.
  • Rinse prunes, steam.
  • Decoration
  • Melt white chocolate in a water bath.
  • Assembling the cake
  • Saturate the "inner" cakes with impregnation 1 on both sides using a brush. Facade and roof with impregnation 2. I do not think that someone will make a house, so you can alternate, for example, like this: spread all the cakes on the table, soak on one side with sweet yogurt, and when we cover the previous layer of cake, soak the second side with impregnation 2. Alternate in any order orange jam, marshmallows and prunes, smearing with cream. To fasten the roof and facades, I simply pressed them to the cake smeared with cream, strengthened some places with toothpicks until they set, then removed. Apply the pattern with white chocolate using a syringe or cornet. Insist overnight in the refrigerator.
  • In this cake for February 14, there is no longer a hint of gingerbread to taste. Here is one portion of dough, but flour was added to a very dense dough, like a dumpling, rolled very thinly 2-3mm, so that it was enough for a "heart" shape. Whipped cream + boiled condensed milk, cherries between the cakes, smeared with whipped cream and decorated with cherry marmalade (from the remaining juice of thawed cherries for the cake). Refrigerate overnight.
