I bought myself a bread maker in Germany Unold 68616, the other day I came, a real German. Now I'm looking for recipes for it, my own brochure with recipes in German, but fortunately the store where I bought has attached a short guide in Russian to the package. I figured out how to use HB, it remains for the main thing, that is, find the recipes.
I have a question: will recipes from other bread makers work? Or do I need to look for recipes specifically for this model?
I'm new to this business, please advise which recipes are suitable?

The 68615 also has a removable scale. The main difference I found in these models is the coating of the bucket and paddle. Yours is light, and mine is dark. That's all!
The price tag has grown great! But even before, Russian stores were asking for unimaginable money! I bought mine in September 2014 for 6400 with delivery to Primorye.

Yes, there is no rye bread baking mode. But there is an individual programmable mode, with which you can customize functions for almost any bread. And there are a great many recipes here on the site and for every taste! I did not bake rye, but I bake wheat-rye with sourdough regularly. I took the recipe from here. I bake 50/50 on the main, whole grain, but more often I combine modes - turn on, switch, turn off - experiment (I have a different oven).
And rye in many stoves is almost like the main one - the same algorithm. And rye (if more than 50%), it requires a different approach.

The bread is delicious. Inferno on the basic main program (number 1)
For this stove, the "flour in water" method is better !!!
The recipe is as follows:
Wheat bag -300 gr
Corn flour - 80 gr
Rye flour -60 gr
Corn oil - 2 tbsp. l
Yeast -1h l
Honey - one scoop from a jar with a teaspoon
Salt -1h l
Different seeds in the dispenser - from the heart)

I deliberately reduced salt from the proposed recipe, replaced sugar with honey and also reduced yeast ... And so bold)
Therefore, we have not yet managed to see the ideal-looking bread.
But for a person who did it without a Russified instruction and for the second time in his life - I consider this the success of the unit, not mine))))

At first I was upset due to the lack of instructions in Russian, but then, I translated something, I began to take recipes from other bread makers, experience appeared. It is important to remember here that you first need to pour the liquid, and then pour the flour into it. The top sits down when the proportion of liquid-flour-yeast does not match.

The instruction is in Russian. (Thanks to the author of this post!) The bread makers of this series are very similar. The baking process is exactly the same. Except for some features (the presence of scales, the coating of the bucket and the paddle, the location of the control buttons and other trifles ...). In all other respects, I did not find any difference. We read the instructions for 68415 (I can send it by email), we translate the missing from the original by any translator and go! It will be necessary to "gaze" only after the formation of the kolobok during the first mixing. And admire the finished bread ... I tried different recipes (from this site, from the instructions for the oven, from A. Kitaeva's book), 99% of the bread turns out to be excellent. The main thing is "kolobok", about which there is a lot of information on this forum. (Many thanks to the authors !!!)
