pineapple rings (canned) by the number of chops
Walnut halves (I replaced frozen cherries) by the number of chops
Cherry syrup
Mayonnaise 100 - 150 ml
Starch 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Girls, I hasten to share with you an amazing recipe that I found on one of the culinary sites. In turn, her friend's husband, a cook, shared the idea with the author of this recipe. It seemed to me to reproduce the dish is not difficult. I decided to repeat it. The dish exceeded my expectations. Indeed it is ABSOLUTELY not difficult, VERY FAST, and VERY DELICIOUS. Well, and there is nothing to say about the UNUSUALITY of this dish. The dish can be classified as "lazy". I cooked for an ordinary dinner, was, so to speak, a "test of the pen", so it is not decorated at all, but, you must admit, it is already very beautiful.
  • 1. Separate the chicken breasts from the skeleton, if you like - salt (I did not salt, the breast was taken from mayonnaise enough salt and the lack of salt was not felt at all, the dish was PERFECT), cover with a film and slightly beat off through it (so that the debris does not fly in different directions).
  • If it is stretched out while hitting, it is best to round it with a knife.

  • 2. Put a pineapple ring on top of the breast, and half a walnut in the center of the ring (I put 3 cherries each).

  • 3. In a separate container, stir mayonnaise with cherry syrup (I took a bottle of cherry syrup from the store for cocktails. Tried to do it with cherry jam syrup, not that. In any case, it was so for me. Maybe you will like it. Try, look for your own). The amount of syrup depends on your taste, the more syrup, the more intense the color of the sauce. After each addition of a portion of syrup, you can evaluate the taste of the sauce. When the desired concentration is selected, pour the breasts with this mixture. After that, we begin to understand why this particular dish is actually called that! My sauce turned out, as it seemed to me, runny, so I added a coffee spoon of starch. (In the photo below, the syrup still without starch, as she said, was making for the first time. And then she got used to it and began to add a little starch and everything was OK. The sauce covered directly only the chops)

  • 4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it with Flamingo.
  • 5. We send the dish to the oven, bring it to readiness. At this time we sit and with unbearable anguish we observe the process of their preparation through the glass of the oven…. consoling myself with the fact that the breasts do not take so long to prepare !!!

When my mother had an anniversary, I prepared this dish, because I needed a lot, beautifully, tasty and most importantly quickly. So there was her friend, she works as a cook in a cafe. After the anniversary, she tortured my mom until I gave her the recipe for this dish.
