Note

What can I say. The prumel has a decent height, a mold with a diameter of 24 cm and a height of 10 cm fits well. Through the window you can see how it is baking, I never opened the lid, therefore, there was no heat loss, and the manna was quickly baked.

This is a "semolina caramel cake" changed according to my needs - there is definitely neither one nor the other on the forum, so I posted it. I still like it not from one semolina, but with flour, I replaced half with flour. Sugar can be reduced or replaced with regular sugar.

For 1 cup I took 230 ml.

And about the "bad advice" from books to pour a thin stream into boiling water / milk. I always pour semolina only into cold water! That is, I act as with starch. There were never any lumps when cooking.

Vegetable oil can be replaced with melted butter.

Baking powder 1 package (based on the packaging they write for 500 g of flour).

Bon Appetit!

Elena, the manna turned out wonderful. I have never seen such a method, with preliminary cooking of semolina porridge. I take the recipe to bookmarks. We will try. Thank you!
mur_myau
gala10,
Thank you! About porridge. Pour semolina into cold water (contrary to all recommendations). There will be no lumps! 100% (highlighted in the note)
It seemed to me gentle, not the same as the usual gritty manna. Although there are recipes for the usual one with soaking for an hour or more semolina, without boiling. There, too, semolina diverges well in the test.
Mikhaska
Lenochka! Oh, how I love mannichki! Yours is so handsome baked! And the recipe interested me with boiled semolina.
Prumel is wonderful as always!
mur_myau
Mikhaska,
Thank you Irina! Try it, it's delicious. Prumel is a good thing, very good. I do not regret that I wasted. Yesterday I was given an indulgence for sins (and good for further shopping).
Chuchundrus
prue. : girl-q: stranded: girl_mad: fig you will pronounce the name of your pribluda. I will do it in an ordinary silicone mold. It will turn out
mur_myau
Chuchundrus,
I think it will come out well too. I baked until the prumel in a 2.5-liter Panasonic multicooker, also good, although the top is not so fried.
Ligra
mur_myau, a good mannik turned out, only the height of the form seems to me less than 8-9 cm, because the same form I have entered into an ordinary Miracle.
mur_myau
Ligra,
I think you have a different shape.
I measured it again. Along the side 9.5 + 0.5 per pipe in the center - only 10 cm. The pipe protrudes over the side of the mold. She did not touch the glass.
I don't know if a 10-centimeter tall one will fit into an ordinary miracle, I have to take the miracle girl from my mother and compare.
Natalishka measured three different stoves in more detail in the topic of an electric frying pan (too lazy to look).
mur_myau
PS
Here, I found it. In the topic of electric pans on page 36.
Quote: Natalishka
Height of pots per person Miracle-8cm., In Prumel-11.5cm., Advice. Electric fry-14cm.
Diameter of pots Chelyab. miracles and Prumel 30cm at the top and 26cm at the bottom. Diameter tip. braziers above and below 38cm.
It will definitely not fit into an ordinary Miracle.

it seems to me
And it seems to me that measuring from a photo is strange.
Ligra
mur_myau, I don't measure by photo behold look.
mur_myau
Ligra,
You measure his shape. You have it
Quote: Ligra
8-9 cm
(Although still, I think, 8 cm, given the above measurements of Natalia on a conventional Miracle oven).

A my form 10 cm in fact.
Everything is very simple.)))

Ligra
mur_myau, apparently in Soviet times, several types of these forms were produced, measured a diameter of 21 cm.
mur_myau
Ligra,
Your form has a diameter of 21 cm - my 24 cm.
mur_myau
Ligra,
And the capacity is probably 1 liter?
Ligra
mur_myau, the volume was not measured specifically, but at the usual rate of baking, everything is normal. The inner column is the same in height, but due to the diameter and slightly lower height of the outer rim, it stands in Miracle (the lid is curved).
mur_myau
Ligra,
You can measure it with water. Then och. it is convenient to try on the volume of the test.

The cover in Prumel is flat, i.e. nominal height = real.
And in Miracle there is some allowance for the lid. I didn't measure it.
Ligra
mur_myau, I repeat here: 1.5 liters not reaching about 0.5 mm to the edge, your displacement is probably more and where the price is, I have only the price. Sorry, what nafludila in the subject, well, better understand before baking.
mur_myau
Ligra,
I'm afraid it will be too much, but I have already answered in a personal. You have to try to figure out how to count the recipe. The accountant-Sophia from LJ had a sign, I must find it. There are about round, rectangular shapes and shapes with a ring (the volume is calculated by height, diameter, etc.).
Ligra
mur_myau, if it's not difficult to share a tablet, I haven't seen one.
mur_myau
Ligra,
Involuntarily misled. Checked in bookmarks - elazik had this table. Seeking.

She also has a conversion table (her own) - here!

Click on the link and you get into the google document.

I have the first part printed. See the section "Shapes with a straight and beveled tube in the middle".
Ligra
mur_myau,
mur_myau
Ligra,
yes, not at all. Use it.))
mur_myau
Ligra,
Nat, take my words back! Found a similar file at the accountant Sophia. I remember! 🔗
There is more about the size of eggs och. valuable information.
kiita
Thank you)
mur_myau
