Ingredients

Potatoes (peeled) 250 gr. (2 - 3 pcs.)
Onions (medium) 1 PC
Garlic (small) 1 tooth.
Chicken egg 1 PC
Flour 140 ml (80 - 90 g.)
Milk 0.5 stack
Water (boiling water) 0.5 stack
Salt 0.5 tsp
Vegetable oil) 2 tbsp. l.
Black pepper taste

Cooking method

  • If you like Russian pancakes and Belarusian pancakes, then I recommend trying to make pancakes from raw potatoes. The composition is simple. From potato pancakes in this recipe - potatoes and onions. From pancakes - milk and boiling water. Let's add here the ingredients common to both dishes - eggs and flour. Some garlic. And pepper, if you like. Just a little to add flavor to the pancakes.
