Casserole Curd-banana with berries

Ingredients

Crackers from sweet loaf 12 pcs
Curd pasty / pureed 250 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Milk 300 ml
Vanilla (not vanillin!) To taste
Ripe banana 2 pcs
Mandarin 6 pcs
Kiwi 2-3 pcs
Cherry sv / ice cream. 100 g
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • 1. Make banana, cottage cheese, vanilla and yolks puree. Add milk to it.
  • If there is no vanilla, then it is better without it than with vanilla - it has a percussive smell, the subtle aromas of banana and berries will be blocked by it.
  • 2. Peel and cut the tangerines. Peel and cut kiwi into slices.
  • 3. Grease a tall form (not less than 6 cm), pour a couple of tablespoons of puree on the bottom.
  • 4. Place breadcrumbs, berries, fruits in layers and pour over the banana puree.
  • I get one layer of crackers, and all the berries are in an artistic mess on it.
  • 5. Cook the casserole in the oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 200 C.
  • 6. Beat the whites with sugar into a cool foam and put on a casserole and bake at the same temperature for another 10 minutes.
  • Casserole Curd-banana with berries
  • The cottage cheese is so beige (against the background of snow-white proteins) - this is due to the addition of natural vanilla

The dish is designed for

4 servings

Time for preparing:

1 hour

Cooking program:

oven 200 degrees C

Note

The recipe was taken from the book "Kitchen Delight, Vegetarian" by the famous nutritionist writer Dagmar von Kramm. In the Russian translation, "pleasure" was lost, and it was simply "Vegetarian cuisine".
Vegetarianism came into my life in the early 1990s, and soon came hard times when, apart from buckwheat in vegetable oil, there was sometimes nothing to eat ... Everything was simple

But times change ... In 1997, my husband gave me this book. Ah, I saw it not as a recipe book, but as an album - such beautiful photos! And certainly delicious dishes ...
Soon we moved from the Urals to Samara. Products, even overseas, gradually became available, and experiments began ...
By the way, my first winning recipe was from this book. Yes, yes! The same Shepherd's pie.
And now I wanted to share a simple but surprisingly harmonious recipe for a banana casserole.
Hope you enjoy it too!

Here you can see what books Ms. Dagmar von Kramm wrote:

P.S. On the photo page: millet dumplings with red cabbage
And yes - my photo of the casserole did not turn out as tempting as in the book.
Casseroles and stews are generally not easy to remove, there are so many ingredients ... the mash is often obtained ...
Therefore - what is, that is. The main thing is to know that it is very refreshing and tasty and I guarantee it to you

My favorite cottage cheese with fruit thanks, Irish, so I have not tried it yet!
Nagira
Natasha, thank you
Surprisingly simple, but it turns out festively.
I also love cottage cheese, but baked - whether in dough, in a filling or like this - in a casserole
But just fresh - I eat only for good ... when I remember
But recently, someone signed me up for a flaxseed oil curd every morning ... Thank you so much for that.

Irishka, and did you make the croutons yourself or the store ones?

So I want to quickly cook such a casserole !!!

Crackers inhibit the whole process ...

Go buy what?
MaBa
Nagira, Irina, thanks for the awesome recipe! I love cottage cheese and fruits, but raw I can afford a very, very drop of them Now I will feast

Crochet, so as not to slow down the process, I will replace the crackers with a cookie (which one I can find at home).
Nagira
Kroshik,
Honestly, I only baked a loaf for crackers once, and that was because I wanted to try the old recipe
And there is no extra, and even sweet homemade bread at hand
I buy different and such
Casserole Curd-banana with berries
with poppy seeds interesting in the casserole it turns out
And the industrial method of drying at home will never be repeated, but to my taste (I fully admit that someone loves differently) - better croutons are denser, so as not to get soaked in porridge.

MaBа,
Natasha, thank you for such an assessment of the pleasant tasting! The cookies ... will get soaked completely ... well, the cottage cheese and berries will still remain. And crackers will appear - and try with them
NataliARH
Inna, I once saw a recipe for bread crumbs from the chef, so someone flew out of my head ... D. Oliver is tempted to say .... in general, we take ordinary bread, it is always found in the bakery's house)) )) cut into chunks and put it in the freezer! that is, it should always be there "in reserve" ..... you needed croutons - they got them, they scrolled them in a chopper combine, browned in a frying pan or under the grill .... I don't know if they fit here (as an option for another consistency, not the original), but sometimes help out)
Nagira
NataliARH,
Natasha, we need here whole crackers - dessert, sweet

in general, we take ordinary bread, it is always found in the bakery's house
For example, I don't have a surplus of bread ... so as not to drive the oven with a few crackers, I need to use a whole loaf of bread for this business - I can only plan this, but it will not work spontaneously
In addition, I wrote above that you can't dry the crackers at home like that - you need plump ones so that they don't get soaked into porridge.

Irisha, thank you, my dear, I will buy in the store ...

But the cottage cheese here does not matter what to use: drier or pasty :?

NataliARH, Natasha, thank you for your desire to help ...

Natulechka, according to the recipe you proposed, you will get excellent bread crumbs, I'll try !!!
NataliARH
Well, why are you so)))) Germans and they love crumbs! They will also be soaked well, many people for the competition cooked from breadcrumbs, and pies and casseroles, maybe here you can try this too? Nagirka, what do you think? will be like a soufflé ... there is enough milk in the recipe ... or I think in the wrong direction
Nagira
Kroshik, about cottage cheese, you need to correct pasty or grated, the fat content and density is not important, you will adjust the last with milk, after the first test you need to understand - what density of the casserole and the saturation of bread crumbs is preferable in your family. I confess - according to the recipe, milk was much more - 500 ml, but for me it is too liquid, the cottage cheese is already tender, and baking and drying for a long time - to lose vitamins in the berries

Germans they love crumbs! also soak well
Natasha, love ... one of their struesel is worth ... only here crackers are on the bottom, and not on top, I like to feel different textures in this casserole - the crackers are soaked, but not spreading on the tongue, plump, you have to chew ... tender melting curd ... each berry has its own texture ... and whipped-baked protein ...
and I don’t really imagine rusk porridge here, it will merge with cottage cheese in texture and I have already written:

And to experiment as you like - it's so natural, I do it myself, if you want to "improve something to your taste"
So, girls, I look forward to your impressions and from your experiments.

Irish
MaBa
Irinochka, I have already bought all the components, now I will torment with clarifications:
1. What size of mold is used? I want to make half a portion in a 15cm diameter mold, is it enough or not?
2. Temperature with convection or not?

Me too, I will bake tomorrow !!!

Irish, is it better to serve this casserole warm?

Or cool (room temperature) is also delicious ?!

I have already baked it, it’s worth it, not tasted by anyone yet:

Casserole Curd-banana with berries

It's been a long time since my family has had such a pleasure in eating dessert !!!

I call these recipes URGENT (!!!) RUN AND COOK !!!

Irisha, my golden, deep bow to you, for sharing the recipe, necessarily I will certainly repeat !!!

Nagira
Kroshik, you've got a nice casserole! Cherry mnogaaaa In Dagmar's recipe, they were canned, from compote ... It was difficult for me to get them, and the taste and color of the twice cooked is not the same ... But St. - just a thrill, right?
Tasting time ... mmm ... Dagmar doesn't have it. And I never eat cottage cheese hot, but at room T - that's all the more so as even warm fruits-berries are somehow not ice ... But this is the most perfect IMHO

MaBa,
Natasha, if it's not too late I will answer:
1. I always use (for 1 rate) 3 forms: Ikeevsky
Casserole Curd-banana with berries external dimensions: 22 x 17 and internal 19 x 13, height - 6 cm
and two round (my husband and I for the first tasting) external. d = 14cm and int. d = 10, height - 5 cm
2. About convection, I would write if with it, then I decrease by 20 degrees, that is, 180 degrees.
MaBa
Nagira, Ira, it's not too late yet. While I was buying crackers and fresh cottage cheese, my hamsters sharpened some of the fruit.
I decided to clarify about convection, because I want to try to make a small portion for myself in an air fryer, well, I'm afraid to dry it out.
Crochet, Innusya, the casserole turned out to be a feast for the eyes
Innochka, the cut of the casserole killed me How to sleep now? Everything, tomorrow I will do the whole portion!
Nagira
Innuska, the sun, well, what a beautiful cut - you just can't take your eyes off ...
Thank you for decorating the recipe with your photos!
And of course, I am glad that everyone of yours liked me, too, I was once pleasantly surprised by the simplicity of preparation and such a bright, harmonious taste.

MaBa,
Natasha, I too, if I don't have time to hide - the ingredients are collected more than once, then the tangerines disappear suspiciously quickly, then the bananas ...
But I'm not a specialist in an air fryer, but it seems to me that I am not one-to-one with oven convection, so you will have to try at your own peril and risk, but the result is very good. interested in
Kusha
what a lovely casserole!
"Kroshi" has a wonderful one too!
MaBa
Irisha, accept the report and a huge gratitude for a simple but ooooooo delicious recipe
