Jam apricot 200 gr.
Egg whites 5 pieces.
Powdered sugar 200 gr.
Walnuts 80-100 gr.

Cooking method

  • Dissolve yeast in three tablespoons of warm milk. Add 2 lumps of sugar and a spoonful of flour. Put to rise in a warm place.
  • Wash eggs, divide into whites and yolks.
  • Beat softened butter with yolks and sugar. Add lemon zest, dough, the rest of the milk and knead everything well with flour.

  • Bake in an oven preheated to +180 C until half cooked (about 15 minutes).

Damenkaprizen Für 1 Backblech

300 g mehl
2/10 l milch
30 g hefe

150 g butter oder margarine
30 g zucker

5 eigelb

200 g aprikosen marmelade
5 eiweiß
200 g puderzucker
80-100 g walnüsse


Hefe mit 3 eßlöffel lau warmer milch und dem würfel zucker aufgehen lassen, mit etwas mehl einen sauerteig daraus bereiten.
Butter mit zucker und eigelb schaumig rühren, die abgeriebene schale der zitrone, den sauerteig sowie die restliche lauwarme milch dazugeben und alles mit dem restlichen mehl gut verarbeiten.
Auf bemehltem backbreet etwa 5 mm ausrollen und ein gebuttertes, bemehlten backblech damit ausfüllen.
Mit einem geschirrtuch bedecken und an einem warmen ort etwas gehen lassen.
Im vorgewärmten backofen bei 200-220 C halbfertig backen.
Aus dem ofen nehmen, die oberfläche des teiges mit aprikosen marmelade bestreichen, das mit puderzucker steif geschlagene eiweiß vorsichtig darüber geben, mit grob gehackten nüssen bestreuen, in den backofen zurück stellen, und de lange backen schne.
Noch warm mit einem nassen Messer aufschneiden und auf dem Backblech erkalten lassen.
Auf einer platte pyramidenform ig anrichten.
Es ist überflüssig, den kuchen mit Puderzucker zu be streuen, da dieser den Nuß-Schaum verdecken würde.
