  • Beat the whites with a pinch of salt into a strong foam. Sift flour into a bowl, add baking powder, yolks, cottage cheese, salt to taste. Combine mixture with protein foam

Cut into small diamonds. They are not dry, soft. It never came to the broth .... they ate it like snack cookies, but my husband liked it with beer.
