Nutella in our style

Ingredients

butter (high quality) 100 g
condensed milk 1 can
chocolate not less than 70% cocoa 100 g
finely ground nuts 50-70 gr.

Cooking method

  • 1. On very slow heat, melt the butter.
  • 2. Add chopped chocolate into melted butter. And mix the chocolate and butter thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  • 3. Pour a can of condensed milk into the resulting emulsion and mix, in the same way, until smooth.
  • 4. When the food is combined, add the ground nuts. Mix everything thoroughly again and remove from heat.
  • All! Our (as it were) Nutella is ready!
  • You just need to let it cool and you can use it wherever you want.

This recipe was born under the impression that I made the Rafaello cream, which I slammed from the German site "Essen und Trinken". Well, that cream, of course, is a separate song ... We just go crazy with it!
So ... I thought, I thought, and based on the technology of Rafaello's cream I cooked this Nutella.

I don't know if she will make an impression on you, but in my environment she came to the court. What I am incredibly happy about!
After all, the products it contains are entirely natural ..
The main thing is to adhere to the most important recommendation for its preparation, namely: this pasta should be cooked on SAAAM at the low temperature value of your stove.

As you can see, it is very thick and does not even think of falling out of the jar in which I placed it.
I just want to note that this incredibly thick homemade Nutella is obtained only from condensed milk of Belarusian production "Rogachevskaya". From the rest of the condensed milk that is sold in our stores, Nutella will definitely work out, but after cooling it will have to thicken in the refrigerator.
And here's another thing: Delicious Nutella can only be obtained using chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70%.
All the way with chocolate of a lower cocoa content both I and my friends and acquaintances passed ... Believe me, the game is not worth the candle!
Neither the appearance nor the taste of such a paste will please you!

I also apologize for the look of the photos! You understand, chocolate paste is rather difficult to present with dignity. And my lighting is pretty uncontrollable these days. Therefore, I dare to assure you that "live" pasta looks very appetizing!
