dry yeast 1.5 tsp.

butter 100 g
flour 250 g

Cooking method

  • In \ "revived \" mass of 2 eggs (ALL INGREDIENTS MUST BE ROOM TEMPERATURE OR WARM), 100g butter (not melted) - stir. Then 250 gr. sifted flour. The dough is sticky and thin.
  • To a warm place for 1 hour to come up.
  • Lay out with greased ras. butter with hands into a mold with a diameter of 25-30 cm, in a warm place for half an hour. (I have a 28 cm shape). Then use your finger to make dimples throughout the dough. Wait a little again for it to come up. Fill the surface of the pie with crumbs (chopped butter with a knife. (50 g) with 100 g of sugar, I took brown sugar here, the crust turned out to be soft brown!) Delicate sugar cake.
  • In an oven preheated to 170-180 degrees - for 25-30 minutes.
  • Take out and carefully pour 200 ml of heavy cream - I have 38%. And in the oven for 6-8 minutes. Eat better hot, but good and cold.
  • Unusually delicate, airy, with a creamy taste !!!
  • It may seem time-consuming, but it's actually very fast and easy. It only takes time for proofing.
  • RECOMMEND!!!!
