Lubricate hands with rast. butter, tear off pieces from the dough, roll them into flagella and wrap them around a stick that can be wrapped in foil, pinch the ends. I cooked under the hottest grill in the oven, for completeness of taste I rubbed a little ruddy dough along the fiery spiral of the grill - a small fire broke out! Any dough can be prepared, the only thing I noticed was that the dough ran off the stick without the foil! Better to cook the 2-3rd portion! You can make oat bread, with garlic, herbs, or plain without additives!
