Cooking method

  • Made a curd in the princess.
  • It turned out not very beautiful, but tasty, the main thing is fast.
  • In total, I worked for about 10 minutes (I worked 5, turned it off for 10 minutes and turned it on for another 3-4). Due to the fact that I constantly opened it to check if it had burned out, it did not rise - this is a minus, but it also did not burn - this is a plus)
  • It turned out to be very gentle.
  • Recipe: (I always do everything by sight, but here I tried to remember the proportions)
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 gr of cottage cheese
  • 150 gr cream
  • 0.5 tbsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp of soda g / y
  • 1 tbsp. spoon with a slide of starch
  • a pinch of salt, vanilla, and other delicious additives if desired
  • Beat the eggs with sugar well, add cottage cheese, soda, starch, cream and mix well, pour the dough onto the princess's surface, slightly greased with butter and slightly sprinkled with flour or breadcrumbs, and bake until tender.
  • Hot dough looks thin, but when it cools down it will be tender and tasty. Tenderness depends on the dryness of the curd and the amount of cream. Wet cottage cheese and more cream - softer and less pronounced taste of cottage cheese, drier cottage cheese and less cream, brighter taste and not so delicate, but tasteful.
  • This recipe very much reminds me of a cottage cheese from childhood (in kindergarten they made very tasty cottage cheese here)
  • In order to achieve the height, you need to experiment with the thickness of the dough and the baking time. I noticed that it is not worth keeping it on for more than 5 minutes, because it can burn.
  • Here is such a thing turned out, it looks ugly, but it tastes like MMMM ...
