Ingredients

Pork tenderloin steaks 4 pieces
Salt, ground pepper .
Sour cream 1-2 tbsp. l.
Sweet or cereal mustard 1-2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Schnitzels are just made for the Princess! They are juicy, fluffy and completely non-greasy in it, since we do not fry in oil, but only spray the top of the schnitzels and the bottom of the stove or a rug to get a pleasant crust. Who has not tried it, I advise you to try it!
  • - Cut the pork tenderloin into 3 cm thick slices and beat off not very thinly. This only applies to real pork tenderloin, as it is always soft.
  • - Lubricate the pieces with sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper.

  • - Prepare three flat bowls: one with a little beaten egg, the other with flour, the last with breadcrumbs mixed with caraway seeds and parmesan if desired.

  • - We turn on the Princess pizza oven for heating, put a non-stick mat on top, grease it with oil.
  • - Successively dip pieces of meat in flour, then in an egg, then in bread crumbs, trying to completely cover the pieces of meat with breading.
  • (Sometimes I repeat the flour-egg step two times and then roll in breadcrumbs.
  • - Put the schnitzels on the rug and sprinkle with vegetable oil on top.

  • - Around the schnitzels, lay out well-washed and pre-prepared (!) Potatoes (we love unpeeled), rolled in salt, spices and vegetable oil.
  • - We close the pizza oven and cook for 10 minutes, then turn over the schnitzels and potatoes, cook for five minutes, turn off and after five minutes open the pizza oven and serve the schnitzels with potatoes. Garnish without fail with lemon slices. Sprinkle with smoked paprika. Everything else is at your discretion. Ideally, serve potato salad with schnitzels.

Note

Smearing with sour cream and mustard makes any dry or lean meat more juicy.

Focus on your pizza oven in terms of time to first opening and flipping, you may not need to flip at all. The cooking time for potatoes depends on the variety and thickness of the slices.

If you decide to cook a Viennese schnitzel, that is, from veal, then beat off the pieces better and carry out a double deboning procedure: flour - egg.

And of course, such schnitzels can simply be fried in a pan.
