Where to get beef udder?
Come on ! We sell it everywhere, in the same place as the lung, heart, scar, liver, etc. Cheap! We buy the dog.

Larissa, I swear by Pocky Chicken, I have never met. I'll go to the market tomorrow and ask around, of course. If I get it, I’ll bomb such a yummy tomorrow too.

If you are really going to cook the udder for the first time, then keep in mind - it takes a long time to cook, and it is better to soak it for two hours beforehand. If you love offal, then this is for you. I like! It is slightly rubbery, but gentle. Better in a pressure cooker - it will melt in your mouth!

Larissa, thanks for the instruction. I will definitely consider. I have never cooked the udder myself, but in general I love offal.

And I adore the udder. No, not so - I LOVE! As well as all offal however. So the recipe for me, definitely! But I don't give the udder to the dog - it's bad for his stomach.

And I love the udder, but as I got married 25 years ago, I forgot about it. The husband hates the smell of offal. Now you only have to swallow saliva.

Oh, give my namesake only meat, and better, if only pork. Not a foodie.

And I never ate the udder. Ragu in the photo looks soooo delicious Larisa, as always, you have just an impeccable serving, and the photo - you can't take your eyes off. I took the recipe to bookmarks before buying this offal.

gala10, oh, I love the udder! Very, very straight. Checkmark, we sometimes have udders in Spara. But it has a specific smell, especially when cooking, and taste. I love it, some just can't stand it. And in general, I love all sub products.
