Ingredients

Seaweed (dry) 10 g
Pickled cucumbers (small, hard) 3 pcs.
Parsley (greens) 5 twigs
Mushrooms (oyster mushrooms, champignons) 150 g
Red onion 1 \ 2pcs.

Salt taste

Cooking method

  • Pour plenty of warm water over the cabbage and leave for 10 minutes. The time that will be spent on preparing and cutting the food will be enough to get it soaked.
  • Boil mushrooms, cut into strips.
