DOBA
Natalia AlekseevnaI have a very similar Endever. I cook mashed soups in it. They are very tasty.
Natalia Alekseevna
Ol, but what have you tried to cook besides puree soups?

I still think to make homemade ketchup, but on what function? If for "soup / jam", then I'm afraid to digest. Or chop the tomato on the Blender / Juice function and then turn on the Cooking function?

And also, Olga, how about steaming in this thing?
Do you have such a function?

If there is, is it possible to cook manti, for example, or cutlets on it? because there is a steam basket in the kit, but I can't dare to use it.

DOBA
Natalia Alekseevna, I have a device for boiling eggs, but I did not boil them, because I steam them for 10 minutes in a slow cooker. Yes, I made squash caviar, very tasty. Just before putting it into a soup cooker, I fried everything in oil separately. we have a topic about her and recipes. Look in recipes for soup cookers, I just don't know how to insert links. There's a lot there.
Natalia Alekseevna
I thought of frying cheesecakes, but there was no jam or sour cream for them. ((

I remembered that there was a lingonberry in the freezer. I decided to make lingonberry jam in this wonderful machine.

I took a pound of lingonberries, 400 g of sugar and 100 ml of water.
I cooked jam on the function, of course.

I am a cautious person. Therefore, I carefully read the instructions. Personal experience has shown that instructions are better read than ignored.

So in the instructions they write that when making jams, first pour liquid, then berries or fruits and then granulated sugar. So let's do it.

Soup Cooker-Blender VES Electric SK-A24

The process has begun ...

Soup Cooker-Blender VES Electric SK-A24

In the process of cooking, everything was normal, when the stage of grinding the berries went, a little sprinkled from the spout, but a couple of drops are not scary, the workflow.

And now the miracle machine is cooking, and I'm doing cheese cakes: two packs of cottage cheese, two eggs, a bag of vanilla sugar, 5 tbsp. l. flour and a little salt.

The jam is ready! To be honest, I was afraid that suddenly it would burn (the old habit of making jam in a saucepan, when you have to stand near it constantly and stir so that it does not burn), but everything turned out great.

Soup Cooker-Blender VES Electric SK-A24

Needless to say, the result exceeded expectations? while the hot jam was liquid, but the next day it thickened so that there was just a "spoon" in it!

It's nice to pamper yourself and your guests with freshly made jam, or even hot jam!
I think that berry sauces for meat would also work well with this function!

Soup Cooker-Blender VES Electric SK-A24

Beauty isn't it?

Almost a liter of jam in less than half an hour - a pack of frozen berries and sugar, the rest is a matter of technology.I now say a firm "no" to purchased jams! For anyone interested, check the store price for a 200 gram jar of lingonberry jam. The savings are evident.

Thanks Olga!

Nice to feel supported in getting started with a new culinary monster)
DOBA
Natalia AlekseevnaAt first, without reading the instructions, I began to cook fruit drink and sugar fell asleep right away, so it burned me. Now I put it in hot liquid later. The jam turned out great. I also bought it for my son, so he makes smoothies in it for breakfast or dinner. Satisfied, only the unit makes a lot of noise.
Natalia Alekseevna
Ol,

I myself was terribly afraid that it would burn when I was making jam. I put the food in the jug according to the instructions, that is, first I poured water, then the berries fell asleep, and then sugar. And I look, all the sugar sank to the bottom. Everything, I think, will definitely burn. Moreover, I read here on the forum of scary stories about how jam burns in soup cookers ...

But the fears were unjustified !!

My bottom is not plastic, but so gray, as if not plastic to the touch. On the box from my VES-ki it is written that the bottom is non-stick.

And the milk porridge turns out there with a bang. I cooked rice with raisins and nuts. In Veska I have a Milk Porridge mode. The result is great! The bottom after cooking is clean, nothing sticks, and even more so, does not burn.

Ol, is there a milk porridge mode in your machine? I’m just wondering what else you can cook in this particular mode.
And in general, after cooking in a soup cooker, I pour water into it, close the lid and turn on the Pulse mode, it turns out that the miracle machine washes itself)) And then the jug can only be rinsed))

I plan to come up with a universal and mega-tasty milk porridge recipe and post the recipe!
Ulitochka
Natalia Alekseevna,

In the store near my house I saw exactly your version, so, I'm thinking whether to take it or not, or I can take Moulinex, because I don't know VES, so I'm in doubt, Moulinex is expensive and this VES of yours is affordable ...

Do you still use your soup cooker? did not disappoint yet?

Answer pliiizzzzz
Natalia Alekseevna
Valeria,

I'm happy with my soup cooker, like an elephant

I especially enjoy the "milk porridge" function. I'm a fan of small rice porridge, but before, when I cooked in a ladle without a soup cooker, I always burned, and I had to be on duty near the porridge and stir and interfere endlessly. And then he pressed the button and left, the soup cooker beeped, came and served! Does not burn.

And now I'm addicted to cream soups because of her.)

In general, take it boldly! Do not be afraid! I will be glad if you take, at least there will be someone to discuss my weight with)
Ulitochka

Persuaded)) After work I go to buy it))
quince
I now have such a multi-blender. I want to ask, is the iron sieve for mashed soups or is it used only for fruit drinks?
Natalia Alekseevna
Urraaa! Congratulations on the wonderful device!

An iron sieve is used for grinding ice - ice must be put in a sieve (as I understand it, so as not to damage the bowl), and for making soups with pieces. the soup with pieces is prepared using the SOUP / Jam program, the filter is needed to cover the blender blade - so that it does not grind all the pieces in the puree soup, that is, put a filter in the bowl, put all the pieces outside the filter in the bowl.

I am glad that there is now someone to discuss my soup cooker with!))

Quince, Write what you cooked, throw off pictures of dishes !!! It's more fun together!
Natalia Alekseevna
Ulitochka,

did you buy a weight? In the last letter they wrote that you were going to buy ...
quince
The first (and so far the last) I prepared cranberry juice, and so the O-ring (the one under the sieve) grinded into pieces: (now to the service or where ... I don't know :(
Natalia Alekseevna
What is the O-ring under the sieve? What program did you use to cook fruit drinks? Did you put cranberries in a sieve?

Can you send me a photo in a personal message?

Do you have VESK? Because I won't tell you anything about other blenders, I just don't know how it is in others ...
Natalia Alekseevna
Quince,

When you wrote that your sealing ring had ground up, I got scared, and I think: what if I have the same? I kept thinking, how could it be so tarred?
And I decided to make lingonberry fruit drink, as you write that the ring got tarred when the fruit drink was cooked ...

On the Internet I found a fruit drink recipe: a glass of lingonberries, half a glass of sugar and one and a half liters of water.

Soup Cooker-Blender VES Electric SK-A24

We install the filter in the bowl - there are projections on the inside of the bowl walls - it is necessary that the recesses on the sides of the filter fit onto the projections - then the filter is fixed tightly.

Soup Cooker-Blender VES Electric SK-A24
Soup Cooker-Blender VES Electric SK-A24
Soup Cooker-Blender VES Electric SK-A24

If you just put the filter in the bowl without putting it on these protrusions, then it's even scary to imagine what could happen ...

I myself might not have realized about these notches, but when I used the filter for the first time, I made soup with pieces (a filter is needed there), my husband was spinning around and, since he is a techie, immediately drew my attention to this moment that his must be fixed to the sides of the bowl.

Soup Cooker-Blender VES Electric SK-A24
Thawed lingonberry, poured it into the filter,
Soup Cooker-Blender VES Electric SK-A24

ground on the Pulse program, then poured water into the bowl, grind it on Pulse, so that the lingonberry puree was mixed with water. Then she poured the liquid into a container, and took out the seeds and lingonberry peel along with the filter,

By the way, here is the O-ring - safe and sound after cooking.

Soup Cooker-Blender VES Electric SK-A24

I washed the bowl, poured our preparation back under the morsik, poured sugar, cooked on the "Cooking / Steam" program.

Soup Cooker-Blender VES Electric SK-A24

I'm happy with the result! I don't really like the lingonberry jam, but the morsik is what you need!

Soup Cooker-Blender VES Electric SK-A24

Quince, I think the service center will calmly give you a new O-ring, don't worry!
Ulitochka
Mmm ... what a delicious morsik))

And now I have Veska too! Take me to your place, girls !!

I don't even know where to start cooking ... I will probably make a shake ... I still need to mentally prepare for the puree soup ...

If you have any ideas, throw up !! Although a culinary book goes to the soup cooker, I will probably draw ideas from it for now ...
Ulitochka

By the way, it's good that the topic with the filter was ventilated ... otherwise I would not even see how to fix it ...
Natalia Alekseevna
Ulitochka,

How are your culinary experiments with VESKA? have you already prepared something?
quince
Yes, that ring that you have on the bottom of the photo is 4, and I have ground up. In ss they said that they did not have such a ring and were advised to buy goods from well-known brands ... The VES representative office turns out to be in Donetsk and it is not clear now how to contact them ...
Natalia Alekseevna
quince,

I really sympathize with you ... But it is not clear how it could be tarred? Have you fixed the filter on the sides of the bowl, like in my pictures? Because if the filter is fixed correctly, the blade does not reach anything less than the ring, it does not touch either the filter walls or the ring - that is, it does not reach them at all ...

That's why I just can't imagine how it got so ground ...
Natalia Alekseevna
I think you just misused the device or did not attach the filter properly.
kisskass
Hello! I choose some similar gadget, I consider it as an alternative to AvetnPhillips (blender steamer), it's just that there is only a function of steam and grind, but it costs 5700 ... somehow the toad is strangling.
Tell me, is it possible to steam somehow in this magical thing?
Natalia Alekseevna

In this magic thing, you can steam - there is a special function - Steam, and the set includes a steam basket - it is inserted into the device - I steamed carrots and potatoes, broccoli and pumpkin in it - everything works out super.

Steam cutlets, meatballs, other semi-finished products, eggs.

The thing is worthwhile. I do not advertise, I'm just personally happy with how my pot is cooking))
kisskass
and at least there is some kind? 300gr like?
And about steam, tell me what to grind after steaming, you need to get the basket, drain the water and grind it, right?
Natalia Alekseevna
I can't say for sure, but half a liter of volume is somewhere in sight. And as for steam - yes, you put the steam basket with the product in the bowl of the soup cooker, steamed it, took out the steam basket, transferred the products from the basket from there to the bowl of the soup cooker, and only then grind it. The basket is for cooking only - you cannot grind in it.
Svetlana62
Natalia Alekseevna, please tell us more about the "Milk porridge" mode.Besides rice, did you cook anything else? Is it boiling a lot? Doesn't run away? (I read that Ves multicooker is very active, ebullient). Is porridge cooked in whole milk or should the milk be diluted with water? I'm thinking about buying, but I'll take a small one, for 1.2 liters. While trying on.
Svetlana62
Girls, I bought it. Smaller, 1.2 l., 22 model. I cooked rice porridge. Happy as an elephant. Brewed in half milk, about 30 minutes, stirring is periodically turned on. The porridge turned out to be very tasty, even my husband noted, although he is generally indifferent to porridge.
I bought everything with mushroom puree soup, I'll cook it tomorrow. And I'll make jelly.
I bought it in Yulmart, there were bonuses, it cost 2100 rubles.
Russell left with his grandson to Kamchatka, and I suddenly realized that I still need a soup cooker, even if not every day, but on days of laziness and in the mood. Therefore, I took the budget.
Svetlana62
We had dinner with mushroom cream soup. It turned out very mentally, the consistency is creamy. So far I am very happy. It turns out more uniform, creamy and airy than Russell. It is a pity that there is no choice of temperature and, in general, manual settings. The knife is not removable, but the set comes with a double-sided brush, easily brushes off all the remains inside the jug. The bottom is non-stick. It turns out two bowls of porridge or soup when fully loaded. For some reason, they also prepare faster than in Russell. Written made in Spain.
Natalia Alekseevna
Well, super! Congratulations! Our regiment has arrived!
Svek
Hello everybody. I'm going to buy such a soup cooker. Tell me, do the instructions and recipes go to it? Thank you

And also tell me, please, the dimensions and weight
Mirabel
Svetlana62, Sveta! Please tell me how you cooked mushroom puree soup.
Svetlana62
Mirabel, Vika, cooked according to the recipe of Elena Tim
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=358554.0
I threw everything according to the recipe, took canned mushrooms. If forestry, it is better to boil them first. I boil all the mushrooms, and then cook, it seems to me that it tastes better, and the excess will come out of them with broth, at least partially.
On Vesochka, it's generally simple, I pressed the "Cream Soup" button, and that's it. I pour in the cream at the end of cooking, so that only have time to come to a boil, I add a piece of good butter. You can not put cream, then eat with sour cream or even mayonnaise. Delicious, satisfying, no hassle. Many thanks to Lenuska for the recipe!
I don't fry the onion, I cut it into pieces, it is cooked and chopped in soup, it does not declare itself at all.

And also tell me, please, the dimensions and weight
Instructions and recipes go to it. Dimensions and weight vary by model. I have a small, 1.2 l., Lightweight and compact. Specifically, the dimensions can be found on the Internet, depending on which model you need.
Mirabel
Svetlana, Svetochka! Thank you so much! I will definitely cook!
Kestrel
Svetlana62, but tell us more about your model? Can you take a picture and tell us more about the programs, the algorithms of the programs, at least approximately? I was interested in VES SK-A22 because of its small volume and non-stick bottom
Svetlana62
Kestrel, Anna, I can't take a picture - there is nothing. Soup / jam, cream soup, steam / boil, milk porridge, blender / juice, pulse, all automatic, recipe book, steamer insert and sieve insert. In principle, this model is the same as the 24th, it differs only in small volume. It was the little soup cook that I needed. I'm happy. I make a milkshake, cook rice milk porridge, mashed soups, grind liver pate, make zucchini caviar and jams at a time, it turns out a 700 gram jar. You can steam eggs or vegetables, but it's more convenient for me in a slow cooker. I don't make smoothies, I don't like it, but it should come out well, it grinds very finely and uniformly.
Mirabel
Svetlana, Sveta! Tell me about Progu-jam ... what do they write about her? and how does it work? have you tried it yourself?
Svetlana62
Vika, the programs are all automatic. On the first page there is a detailed description of how jam was made in it, with a photo. I also do the same, according to the instructions. I also cook zucchini caviar on this program, it turns out 700 grams. I put chopped zucchini, onions, carrots, a chive, a tomato (if any), salt pepper, dill or parsley, a spoon or two of mayonnaise, ketchup or tomato paste in a bowl, a little sugar, on the very bottom a couple of tablespoons of water, so that it does not start to cook until the zucchini leaves the juice (this happens quickly), I press the button and that's it. Zucchini is not included in my Veska, I do everything by eye, I don't weigh it, it's always delicious.
Mirabel
Light, I read about jam on the first page .. But ... tell me .. t am sra3u everything starts to mix? yes I have a prog sauce ... so I want to try jam on it .. sooo hope that I don't destroy my Hobbs
Svetlana62
Vika, quickly begins to mix, almost immediately. First he cooks a little, heats up, then grinds, boils again and so on several times. Does not burn at all. I think you should succeed with the sauce. Water down, then berries, sugar on top. Do not bother, everything will mix itself. Unsubscribe later, please. I am so spoiled with this soup cooker - you don't need to set the time or the algorithm. And my younger daughter has my old-style Hobbs, but she doesn't use it. And I really liked the cards. to make puree in it. I didn’t even try to cook something in Veska, although this is an idea: I’ll cook potatoes in Soup, water with salt, add butter and milk, and blender on Pulse.
Mirabel
Quote: Svetlana62
but she doesn't use it
kaaak ??? does not use ??? in my opinion, a super machine ... I have a new Hobbs, the old ones are no longer produced, there are also only autoprogs
Thank you. Svetochka !!! in my opinion on the program Sauce can bungle jam. I will definitely write what happened
I will also try potatoes, there is a steamer program without blending.

Svetlana62
Quote: Mirabel
kaaak ??? does not use ???
Yes, Vika, something didn't work out for her initially, and she pushed the soup cooker into the far corner. My instructions did not help, we are too far from each other. Next year they will come - we will deal with the soup cooker, and with the bread maker, too, for some reason, her business did not work either.
Vikusya, I'm waiting for your impressions, what happened, I'm talking about jam and mashed potatoes.
Mirabel
Svetlana62, Light, I never tried jam .. I just drove a prog-sauce with water, some kind of abnormal prog! blender non-stop and kind of warms up at the same time. Well, what kind of jam can it get?
Svetlana62
Mirabel, Vika, no, everything is fine in my Vesochka. But I have a special Jam program. You still try not to drive water, but load and cook something at a minimum. What if it works out? Jam and I cook and blender. This is jam, not jam.
Mirabel
Svetlana, Light, so how many minutes to "drive" the jam?
I also have a double boiler, that is, it cooks, but does not interfere ... maybe I will change the programs for some time
Svetlana62
Vika, drive for about 15 minutes, see what happens. It will burn in a double boiler, if with sugar, so let it cook in the sauce, blender and beat. My programs are automatic, it's easier for me.
