Hi girls! (And boys))

All last year I was only a reader of the forum, but now I have decided to join the ranks of writers)
A few words about myself. I'm lazy when it comes to cooking, but I also like to eat well. Therefore, the main thing for me is “fast, tasty and simple”.

For the new year, I received a SK-A24 blender soup cooker from VES electric as a present from my friends.
And I realized that now I will eat even faster, tastier and easier)

Girls, who has the same? It is VESka? Respond! It's still more fun to master a new unit together)

The set included a small book of recipes - soups, sauces, cereals, mashed potatoes and jams.
I decided not to do amateur performances yet, and try to cook something from the recipe book.

The kit also includes a plastic basket for steaming, but I'm not a fan of the steam kitchen, so I will deal specifically with soups, sauces and jams.)

In general, a new life full of culinary adventures begins! Hurrah!

Here she is, my beauty !!!
So. The mastery of the new unit began with the preparation cheese soup with broccoli from the recipe book. I must say right away that I modified the recipe a little.

Ingredients:
Broccoli, finely chopped (I had it frozen in a pack, I filled it with hot water to thaw it, cut it) - 1 measuring cup. (For those who are not in the know, the measuring cup is in the lid, it is removable.)

Potatoes - finely chopped - 3/4 measuring cup (I just had 1 medium potato)
Chicken broth - 1 cube (I personally do not like the taste that the chicken cube gives to the dishes - it is some kind of chemical, so instead of the cube I just salted a little and added 1 teaspoon of vegetable seasoning for the soup)
Bulb onions -1/4 pcs, chopped - I had half a small onion
Garlic - 1 clove, minced
White wine - 2 tbsp. l. (I had dry red)
Mustard - 1 tsp
Any grated cheese -1 measuring cup.
Cream - from 50 ml

Water - up to the Soup Max. And here!! Attention!! The amount of water you use for cooking should be chosen depending on the consistency of the soup you want! In the recipe book they write that the Soup Max mark cannot be exceeded. But the fact that you cannot exceed it does not mean that you need to pour water exactly up to the Max soup mark, because it is 1.4 liters of water! We turn on the logic: 1 potato, a couple of broccoli inflorescences, a glass of grated cheese - for one and a half liters of water !! What kind of cream soup can we talk about with such a ratio? The cream soup should be thick. Therefore, I realized that either it was necessary to increase the amount of potatoes and cabbage, or pour less water.

I poured 750 ml water, and then as a result, as in my opinion, it turned out to be watery.

In general, I put the ingredients in a jug, poured water, and closed the lid. We press the power button, the cartoon beeps, and the lights light up near all the buttons, then we press the button that is needed - in my case it is the "Cream Soup" button. The process has begun.

By the way, if you close the lid badly - if you close it properly, it should snap into place - if you haven't latched it on, the cartoon will not work, but we will blink and "yell". As in principle, it happened with me, until I figured out what was happening and snapped it normally, there are such grooves on the jug, and it is necessary that the projections on the lid go in and click on them.

While the soup was boiling, I just had time to fry the cheese croutons, when the soup was ready, the cartoon sounded, I, without removing the lid, took out a measuring cup from it and through this hole I poured cheese, herbs into the soup, and poured cream - I have it 32% cream, I love the creamy taste, so I poured 100 ml, and also added raw egg yolk(I already wrote that the soup seemed a little thin to me, so I wanted a creamier consistency.

By the way, about the creamy consistency - if you want a super creamy consistency, then use not "any grated cheese" as they say in the recipe, but - Mascarpone will help you! If added to soup Mascarponchik, then you can, I think, do without cream), pressed the PULSE button and held it for a while so that my yolk, cheese and herbs were evenly mixed with the soup.
