Cherry Pie (or Any Sour Filling)

Ingredients

Flour 350 BC
Soda 1 tsp
Lemon acid 0.5 tsp
Sugar 200 BC
Butter 180 BC
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Filling: cherry 100 g

Cooking method

  • Sift the flour, then add the products in the order as they are listed in the list of ingredients, stirring thoroughly with a spoon each time.
  • Grease the mold with oil. Lay out half of the dough, flatten without much zeal. Add cherries (or rhubarb, sorrel, sour berries or apples). I had frozen cherries, I put them on the dough without defrosting. Cover with the second half of the dough, also not worrying too much about leveling it.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour. The cake will rise very much, so the form must be taken deep enough.
  • Sprinkle icing sugar on top of the hot cake.
  • Cherry Pie (or Any Sour Filling)
  • Bon Appetit!

The prumel also has an option only with top heating, it is decently cheaper and it turns out almost an analogue of ours, only with a window.

The cord is like an iron (some girls wrote that there is a different cord now, but I think this is for the Kamyshlovskys). The price is four (maybe more now) times less, with such a difference in price, you can change the cord yourself. The top heating is enough (he even cooks pasta). Focus on your taste, the functionality is not inferior to Polish. If a set without a cake pan can be adapted to any suitable shape, the girls in 'electric pans' even showed a photo.
