Laslovna
I do not know what topic to write Thermomix or Maikuk!
When my husband found out that I wanted to go to the TM dacha, he gave me this unit for my birthday (so that I wouldn’t think for a long time, but nevertheless please), so if anyone is interested in questions compared to TM and MK I will answer (I will try without anti-advertising)

Pchela maja
Oksana, congratulations !!!! And how much did you buy?
Laslovna
We bought a new one in Krasnodar for 50,000 rubles. I did not fully understand the TM sale system, but as far as I understand, who bought the TM for the OF price has the right to redeem a certain amount of TM at the manufacturer's price, this is what we will buy, we have issued a guarantee.
Pchela maja
Great price, they are now 85,000 = on sale
Laslovna
I understand they had more than one, the initial price was 45,000, when I called the price was already 55,000, now the ad has been completely removed from the site.
Pchela maja
Then it's generally good!) It will be interesting to know first-hand personal impressions of two decent machines in operation,
which turned out to be more convenient and better coped with the function.
Write more often!)
Laslovna
The first comparison may not be unimportant for someone.

What a husband !!!! Well, really, mischievous !!!!
Pleased, pleased !!!!
And the comparison will be sooooo interesting !!!!!

Oksana, and if you compare My cook and Profi cook. What are their differences?
Laslovna
Oh, I cannot compare with what I have not seen. Description only.
The PC has a mechanical button control, but in general you should review both topics and find answers to your questions. I am following the PC topic as an observer!

Oksana, and if you compare My cook and Profi cook. What are their differences?
I am not an owner, but an active observer, because I plan to the very nearest. time to buy a kitchen robot.
At first glance, the main differences between them are:

Maikook
1. Induction heating
2. There is no reversal or attachment on knives to avoid crushing food when stirring during cooking
3. There are built-in scales
4. There are no installed programs other than the Dough program.
5. Price approx. 57tr.

Proficouk
1. Tena heating
2. There is a knife attachment
3. No built-in scales
4. There are several programs for cooking and dough.
5. Price about 32t. R.

And yes, it's worth reading both topics, watching videos on YouTube and it will become more or less clear.
Rada-dms
Laslovna, Congratulations!!
And we are lucky, we will follow the comparative experiments!
If not difficult, maybe someday it will be possible to compare on minced meat and on chopping vegetable frying into soup?
Rada-dms
Pchela maja, and in the new model MK were not interested, if the reverse and the attachment on the knives?

I join in the request to compare the preparation of minced meat - it can be divided and done in two machines)
As well as making mashed lingonberries or cranberries, how homogeneous will it turn out in the end?

Rada-dms, no, I don't know yet. And I think that this model will not appear with us soon.
TatianaSa
Rada-dms, there is no reverse, no knife attachment in the new model for sure.

Which one is quieter?

2. There is no reversal or attachment on knives to avoid crushing food
It seems to me that this is the only minus in comparison with others (TM, PC), as well as a basket, and a double boiler made of metal, and induction, and a temperature of 120 * C, you can fry, some pluses.Oksana is lucky, while we are tormented by a choice here, she already cooks in both, without hesitation.
Masinen
Asya Klyachina, fry in any way will not work, because the bottom is narrow. And fry vegetables)
Asya Klyachina
Well, I’m talking about this, so that the frying is normal. But what about their "enticement" with kebabs? In the video where these kebabs were fried, they did not impress me, they turned out pale.
Masinen
Here it must be borne in mind that a mustache video with chefs is all promotional videos to attract customers to buy.
You have to watch videos from ordinary people.
And they definitely do not cook shish kebab in such a device))
Laslovna
For myself, I have already noted some differences
1 oddly enough, but the Thermomix works quieter for me, especially when cooking (in MK, the noise of induction ventilation is added to the noise of the motor)
2. In MK there is no speed similar to a spoon (very necessary speed), and in TM there is no speed 1s
In MK, the speed of 1-2 is a fairly fast movement of the knives, and given the fact that there is no reverse or nozzle, it is already a minus.
3. Frying in MK is prepared many times faster, sometimes it even manages to burn if you miss it !!! It is necessary to calculate the time correctly and of course here frying is more like frying than in TM.
4. Amount of test !!! In MK, even the manufacturer claims no more than 500 g of dough, in TM I easily kneaded 1300 g, maybe more, but I haven't risked it yet. I think that this is due to the structure of the bottom of the bowl, in MK the bowl for dinner goes to the bottom and a larger amount of dough (for example yeast for bread) does not have time to fail there so that it is well kneaded. In TM, the reverse comes to the rescue again, which is used when mixing.
I made a small conclusion for myself if the price (from the official representative) of one device is higher than the other below, then there are reasons for that.
5. In the MK, the bowl is solid with thick walls and weighs 200 g more (of course I understand that this is a necessity for induction) but nice !!! And the cup from TM is
the impression that if you drop it there will be a dent.
6. In MK I like the fastening of knives more, more reliable chtoli! This while the first impressions will be seen further !!!
Masinen
And how much does the MK bowl weigh?
Che's little 500 gr of dough for a T-shirt. Can not be .
But in TM, I would not recommend kneading so much dough. This is too much for him.
Well, as a tip of course))

Wow, weighs 1 kg))
Heavy.
By the way, it is very good when there are two devices, but different at the same time.
You can understand the difference in them)
Laslovna
Well, that's not the truth I wrote (looked at the manual), the manufacturer is silent about the amount of dough, the representatives told me this, in all the recipes from the book a maximum of 600 grams.
Masinen
Yes, and who gives more turns?
Asya Klyachina
Oksana, and what is better induction, or just ten, for cooking milk porridge and not only them, except that induction is more economical. Does induction give any noticeable advantage for cooking or not? So far, only MK has induction, as far as I know. I just like "choose a cow-nurse" with these kitchen robots, so interesting, jumping between your themes with Masha.
Laslovna
MK 600 w 8500 rpm
TM 500 w 10200 rpm
Laslovna
Asya Klyachina, here it is impossible to say unequivocally, because the devices have different heating zones at the bottom of the TM and at the MK walls, when cooking milk porridge, if you install a butterfly, then at the MK in the heating zone the butterfly will stir more thoroughly (thereby preventing the same semolina from burning, due to the shape itself butterflies)
Masinen
Asya Klyachina,
just like "choosing a cow-nurse" with these kitchen robots, it's so interesting, I'm jumping between your topics with Masha.
Right! After all, you don't buy such a device for one day)
Laslovna,
Well, Proficuk is slower than TM)
I have such a feeling that this old model was sold, those patents for it were sold and Proficuk appeared, only without induction)))
It looks like it.
It's a pity I can't even try Maikuk in action.
Laslovna
Masha! And in TM somewhere the maximum amount of dough for kneading is stated, which I cannot find.
Masinen
Yes, he doesn't seem to write anywhere either. You can see the recipes.
But in the recipes there is sometimes 600 grams of flour and more.
But I wouldn't put more than 600 grams of flour in it.
And then, at 500 grams of flour stopped))
But the PC claims 500 grams of flour and 360 ml of liquid.
Laslovna
Here is a recipe for sweet bread from the recipe book for Thermomix, almost 1500 gr !!!!!
Kitchen robot MyCook (Taurus)
Masinen
Yes, I wrote about that.
I remember when I bought TM, I asked about the amount of flour and I was told that more than 500 grams of flour is better not needed. I stick to it)

As well as making mashed lingonberries or cranberries, how homogeneous it will turn out in the end

Oh, I don't have any lingonberries or cranberries, but I'll take some meat!
Irma
Laslovna, what a shame! Today I made mashed cranberries and lingonberries in a thermomix. I didn’t take a picture, but would have come here early, then I would have shown the photo. It turns out a completely homogeneous puree, the skins are not felt at all, and the seeds are felt a little. I did it for jelly, so I didn't puree even at full speed, at 8 it turned out to be an excellent puree.
Laslovna
Here's the minced meat! In TM, the speed is 7 (at 6 I didn't want to grind at all) 10 seconds + 10 seconds
On MK speed 6 10 + 10 seconds
Half-thawed meat (according to the book) beef 400 gr

At MK, minced meat looks more like sausage, whipped.
Irma
Laslovna, in tm in the photo minced meat looks prettier.
Laslovna
Minced meat in TM or MK I do only for meatballs in soup. I like it more made with a meat grinder! Today I have cutlets with this minced meat!
Irma
Laslovna, Oksana, and how are the cutlets? I only do chicken fillet for cutlets when I am too lazy to grinder because of a small amount of minced meat and then wash it.
Laslovna
No, I did beef today. I always rewind the minced meat on the cutlets in a meat grinder, I like it better.

Laslovna, in the tm the minced meat looks nicer in the photo.
Irma, no, MyCook has more whipped, just like sausage looks, even put it in a Tescoma ham on the sausage.

MyCook is more whipped, just like sausage looks,
I just do not like this. In general, I don't like such ground minced meat, so I don't make minced meat in TM at all, only from boiled meat / liver for dumplings and pies.
Asya Klyachina
Well, I myself love most of all minced meat from a meat grinder with the largest grill, here it is just as an indicator of what and how it will grind for comparison.
Irma
Asya Klyachina, for sausage it is good, that suits, I will find a shell and try. I still don’t dare to buy a ham maker.

And if you prepare according to the rules without such a device.
Cut the onions and carrots, fry in a cauldron, then the liver too, but watch it while stirring. Then, burning, transfer to a blender, whisk, wash the blender, wash the pan. Or the blender-leg is even worse, everything is hotter, scatters ... It takes three times more time. And here once and in 25 minutes pate!

Girls, is it really true that in addition to onions and carrots, this device will normally fry the liver? Does he have a maximum temperature of 120 C?
Laslovna
He will stew and cook on a pate without problems, I have not tried to fry, and I make the pate with boiled liver and meat and not with fried. Even if you fry it, liver, then how to bring it to the desired consistency, what kind of broth?
Rada-dms
Laslovna, I put a lot of onions and carrots, sauté them, right in large pieces, then I stew the liver a little with them, all the juices remain, then I chop them, put them in a mold and bake them. Sometimes I even add 1 hour. l. decoys for a bundle. After baking, the pate has a completely different taste. Not raw, mature. And boiling removes a lot from the liver, and it just turns out dry, so you have to add broth. And so it turns out in its own juice.
Irma
Rada-dms, are you still baking this ready-made pate? How much time? I want to try it too
Rada-dms
Irma, 15 minutes in a preheated oven, I still put even pieces of sl. oil on top. It has a very mature taste, not raw, aromatic! You can even cover it with foil, not open.
